If you like to be harassed by street vendors, menu holders, restaurant owners, fish sellers, this is your place, but definitely not mine. Been coming here for 15 years and we avoid this place like the plague. Not sure why they think this can be...More

This is always a great place to find souvenirs, haggle on prices, and find a tasty taco. So many options! Pro tip: if you're looking for something in particular, make your way through all the shops to find the best one.

Great shopping with fun bartering. Awesome fresh seafood restaurants all over the place. A must visit when I'm the area.

Fun walk about, lots of little stores to buy trinkets. Fun bars and restaurants everywhere.... it is what one would expect to find in a tourist district... the areas one or two blocks off the beaten path were very interesting. If you want souvenirs, shrimp,...More

It only gets better. There was more going on than ever before. The place is hopping. We still love Mary's seafood. It is our favorite for sure.

I've been coming to Puerto Peñasco for decades. Restaurants in Old Port are hit or miss. Stores aren't too bad, but they mostly sell the same thing--tacky souvenirs and t-shirts. The streets in and around here can be really dirty. Garbage piles up in front...More

The food in the fish market area is delicious everywhere. Unfortunately, you will be accosted by vendors and restauranterus to enter their shops and venues. Once through this noisy end of the Malecon, the walk toward the lighthouse on Whale Hill, is stunningly beautiful and...More

The Old Port is an interesting place, full of many shops selling mostly the same stuff as all the others. The fish markets here a much cleaner than the others scattered about town. There are some nice restaurants and bars as well.

Best answer would be on the Google Map. There is no shuttle, that I know of, to town (Puerto Penasco). When I was there in November, I went to town in a taxi (twice) for shopping. You go out & back in the same taxi for a... More

I love la curva. They use bottled water for cooking and it's delicious. I've seen people dress very nice in there.
