Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Not a bad manor house, but you can only walk around a relatively small area, in the main house - a museum, but nothing authentic is almost there, just a couple of mirrors, part of the doors, a piece of floor with tiles. Nothing to watch. There is a beautiful pond on the estate. Barbecue gazebos are rented around it.
Also on the grounds of the estate is a terrible cafe - "Tea House", I do not advise, the dishes are not tasty, the service is terrible, unsanitary...bank cards are not accepted, only cash or transfer to the phone....I advise you to take food with you from home. Eating in this cafe, then heartburn...

A lovely place - both the manor house and the park. A number of the rooms in the house are devoted to the great poet and novelist Lermontov and his Scottish antecedents and relations, and there is also a room focused on the Russian statesman Stolypin. The house is a bit more rough and ready than some others but feels all the more authentic for that, and the interaction between it and grounds around it, including the body of water it overlooks, is enchanting.

I like this place, beautiful and kind, enter is 100 rubles, huge park, with old buildings. If you will go down from the main building, you will find small lake with island in the middle. So romantic place. Close to this park, you can visit old school place Kinograd. There is some decorations from movie about cowboys.

Ham administration, you cannot enter the estate, you will be covered with mat, the administrator - an aunt with a pimple on her nose from the bookkeeping will not help either. I don't recommend it at all, and neither does movie city. Buy coffee and bun with that money.

Visited second time. Everything is perfect. It's a place, that remembers Lermontov, his young ages. A lot of nobles were here. The manor used to be a house for many famous people of 17-18 centuries.
Russian prime minister Stoypin used to live here, too.
In the Soviet time the manor became a hospital and ended in ruines. Now many of the buildings are restored. The guides beautifully read poems, tell a lot of interesting things. Enjoyable.
Excursions are every hour, but you'd better phone beforehand.
The surroundings are perfect. A nice lake there. One of the bridges has a legend.
Parking is free. Restaurant is good. Prices are not too high.

A beautiful estate, breathing history and the care of the heirs of M.Yu. Lermontov. Nearby there is a beautiful park. It’s better to arrive with plenty of time to explore everything calmly.
