water is very clean, sand is fine and no vendors. the water was very warm last time we were there. not very many 10 footers but we saw them every day. Always red flagged but always have to pay attention.
This beach belongs to Las Brisas. It's private no vendors will be there just ocean chairs and restaurant. They have life guard till 6pm. Must see
This is the beach that belongs to the Las Brisas Hotel. In truth, all beaches are public but the hotel controls the access in and out. This means no vendors or people peddling you junk. Add great beach bar service and it's awesome sauce!

You can't get here unless you stay at the Las Brisas...well, I guess you could if you boat or parachute in. Usually big waves but clean and fun.
