Bunes beach was stunning! The walk/hike to the beach was easy too. The only issue we had was that it rained on us for nearly 3 hours and there’s not much shelter other than a big rock. Also the ferry only comes early in the...More

Like Kvalvika, this beach - which I had long wanted to see from the gorgeous photos - doesn't really stand up to the test of being there up close. It's still worth doing the ferry trip from Reine though as it's a nice half day...More

There are so many beautiful beaches and places in Lofoten and Bunes is absolutely one of them but it´s not worth the time and money. We payed 195 NOK per person. The ferry is totally crowded and even though it was a nice experience to...More

Took ferry from Reine (cash only - no credit cards) for 40 minute ride then walked / hiked to Bunes beach. Easy 40 minute trek. Steeper climb down to beach. Great scenery. Great afternoon. Recommend.

We stayed in Reine for a couple of days and one day early in the morning took a ferry from Reine. The ride (aprox. 25 min) itself is pretty amazing, because you already have a nice view from the boat. Try to find a good...More

We took a ferry boat to the beach after which it is only about 30 minute hike to the beach itself. The views are impressive and the overall atmosphere very calming.

You reach the beach via ferry, through Reine. The ferry is not frequent, so please check the timetable (for the ferry timetable visit reinefjorden.no/rutetabell). The cost of the round trip with ferry is 130NOK per adult (~20min long). After you stop in Vinstad, the there's...More
