Do not pay 40€ for this
Apr. 2021 • Family
Do not go to this old and ugly Park... In the middle of Covid pandemic the price has not changed. Still 40€ per person... Two major roallercoaster (Batman and express) were closed (apparently due to maintenance but we all know that is too save money) everything in the park is from 2002, the paint is really ugly and the roallercoaster make your head completly brain damaged cause of the vibrations. Do not pay for this. Even for your kids please. Go to Europapark, PortAventura, or Disney. Thanks !

Nice roller-coasters
Apr. 2021 • Friends
I went there with friends on April 4th (Easter sunday) and it was surprisingly not crowded at all, which is probably because of the specific date + the pandemic. Those who bought the overpriced fastpass on this specific day, definitely wasted their money. We arrived there early, judged the entrance queue and decided to buy the regular pass (and even got a 30% discount because one of us was a student, and bought our 3 tickets). The park opened at 12h (noon) as always, just as the website states.

Transport: Kind of awkward without a car. I took the train from Madrid to Pinto (C3 dirección Aranjuez) and that took about 30 min (google maps shows the exact time of departure). Then I had to take the bus (413) at the bus stop which is exactly across the train station, but the bus comes about every 30-60 min (there are different timetables depending on the day). You may be able to connect both transports smoothly or be stuck waiting quite a bit. (I ended up taking an Uber for 18€ to get to the park quickly because I didn’t want to keep my friends waiting). If you do take the bus, consider 2€ cash per person for each trip. It’s just one bus stop to the park, but the trip takes about 15-20 min. You get off the bus very close to the entrance. On the way back, I left the park at about 19h00, took the bus at 19h15 (the one after that was at 20h) and was back in Pinto 5 min before the train to Madrid arrived. The Renfe trains run until midnight, so as long as you catch the bus, you will never risk missing a train (buses only run until the park closes).

Attractions: COVID measures are being taken on every single ride. The guards are constantly reminding people of keeping the distance marked on the ground, and expect you to use the hand sanitizer that the park provides. All of the big roller coasters were up and running except for the one in the wild west area. The queues on this day took about 15-40 min (yes, I entered both the batman and superman ones with only a 15 min difference around 17h00, which was faster than around noontime). It looks like some of the medium (as in no-adrenaline-rush) attractions were closed, and the kid area was surprisingly more crowded than the rest of the park, with slower queues (30-50 min). Kid shows and the haunted house were working as usual (apparently), but I think they ask for an extra fee.

Food: Many small food places were closed, some opened in the late afternoon. I counted two big restaurants (adult menus for about 17€), a big burger and hotdog place in the kid area (porky pig restaurant) with beef, chicken and vegan (beyond burger) burgers with fries and drinks for about 10-12€. There were also small ice cream parlours and a starbucks in the park. None of them was too crowded, so it’d take about 5-15 min to get your order prepared if it was a big meal. Food in general is junkfood, which is not surprising for a theme park. Not spectacular, but not bad either. Salads were scarce and they didn’t look vegetarian, but I was happy to find that vegan burger (as a vegetarian myself).

Overall, I loved the experience. I have been to theme parks in Orlando (USA) and in Japan, and even though this one is smaller and less mind blowing, the roller coasters are fun and the scenery is just as good. I am aware that I was lucky crowd-wise, but you could check the website which tells you how full it is at the moment, and make your predictions of how full it might be on the day you decide to go.

Nice experience
Aug. 2020
We loved the experience, no matter that some of the restaurants and attractions were still closed. I guess we were lucky to have less visitors than before the COVID situation - the "boulevards" and food corners looked kind of empty. The waiting times for the main rides were between 35 and 50 minutes.

Will return!!
Dec. 2019 • Family
Excellent from start to finish. Great ride choice for all ages. We got the Samar bus ticket, which was easy and inexpensive. Lots of characters to meet and have a photo with. Lots of street parades and performances and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend a fast pass particularly with young children as the queuing is a killer, especially when the wait times are sooo wrong. One said ten mins when we waited over an hour. Still the children had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave. Our next visit would be in the summer so we can experience Warner beach too but would not hesitate to return at Christmas time. Perhaps for the majority of the negative reviews on her people are comparing with Disney USA- to which there is no comparison! However on our visit it was clean, 90% of the attractions were open and we had no issues

It's OK... But nothing special.
Dec. 2019 • Couples
It is a nice park... But nothing that special. It was sad that none of the roller coasters worked (because of the wind, and I understand the security measures, but in no place that question was aborded before we arrived the park...) for our happiness in the second day they opened the roller coasters and man, they are good! Specially the super man one! And that saved the visit. I recommended it if you are a pacient and comprehensive person, if you are not better not going there.

Rip off theme park. AVOID IT.
Dec. 2019 • Family
Having paid nearly 150 euro to get in only to be told on the first ride that its stopped working. Move onto a different ride only to be told there must be at least 25 people and as its quiet they are closing for the big rides for the day. My kids are 16 and 18 and are only interested in the big rides. So im nearly 150 euro out of pocket and cannot use any rides for my kids. Thanks for nothing. I'll write the money off but i can assure you i will do my best to stop people veing ripped off by your company. I have a huge social media following so when i get back home the message will go out to avoid this so called theme park.

Worst Experience ever
Nov. 2019 • Family
Neverending queues, horrible day.
Halloween indeed. 2 hours waiting time to get on that looping thing, 1 hour for a BS burger, thousands of visitors trapped;enough. I escaped right after it.

Never ever going back

Hello, We regret what happened, during Halloween the influx was very high due to the holiday attached to the weekend. The influx was high but the maximum capacity was never exceeded. We hope you give us another chance. Greetings and good day.

Busy
Nov. 2019
Great park, good rides lots of fun. The only problem was the queues the park opened at 11am and the queues were already 30 minutes an hour later 1h30 by 6pm some queues for 2h30. Bearing in mind this was a saturday in November. I believe it was so busy as they were offering to come back the next day for 6 euros which obviously filled the park

FANTASTIC park
Nov. 2019 • Couples
Loved coming here for the day. Park has lots of rides and plenty to do. Loved the Halloween theme - was decorated with Halloween things and looked great. The queues for rides weren’t too long and we ordered tickets online to save waiting at the booths. Managed to get 40% off tickets from online code so definitely check. Worth the visit 100%

Total rip off, queues of 2 hours and unable to even eat. Do not go there!
Oct. 2019
We spent Euros 250+ for 2 days, and we left totally upset. Worst theme park ever. Dirty and disorganized. Total chaos. Queues of 2 hours to access even the little kids rides. First day we managed to eat in one of the restaurants (after quite some queuing) but rubbish food and very expensive. Second day queues at restaurants were so long they got out into the roads and we had to leave the park in the afternoon as we could not even eat with our 5 year old daughter. They do not allow you to bring food in and you cannot even access the restaurants as it is so busy. Rides closed as unmanned due to lack of staff (sent to entrance to sell more tickets for greed). Ride's entrance gate door broke after 45 mins queuing and we were just sent away with no fast pass for another one or anything to help. You cannot even pay in shops as tills so busy with 1 person in it and staff hanging around doing nothing. Impossible to access shows either due to eternal queues. Second day so overcrowded you could hardly walk, did not manage to access any show and only got into a couple of rides before having to abandon the place hungry and upset. We asked for the official numbers on the day and they refused to share the information. Place was clearly overbooked and was a safety concern and hazard. We complained on site at the office and they just dismissed us and gave us a piece of paper you had to take to an official office in town but as we were leaving to go back to England the following day it was impossible for us to process and file the complaint paper officially. Filthy bathrooms, place full of rubbish, unhelpful and rude staff, expensive and a total failure. They totally stole our money and ran. We will never return and we will tell others.

Hi Maite, Security is the most important thing for us and due to the national holiday we became full capacity on November 1 and had to close access for a few hours. We feel that the experience was not as expected. Greetings If you wish, you can write to atencionalcliente@parquewarner.com to assist you personally and refer the information to the areas involved. Regards,
