If you are lucky you can catch a guided tour, the guides are very inviting and the explanations worth the tip. The chapel has intricate decorative details, if you have some time available, pay attention to them.

Nothing can really prepare you for the opulence of this chapel it is really magnificent and the detail incredible. However, a small part of me couldn't help thinking the money would have been better spent elsewhere.

The guide insisted to bring us visiting this church before leaving Puebla, and.... we understood why when entering this 8th World Marvel. DON'T MISS IT.

This chapel is amazing, completely decorated in gold. A classic example of the rich Baroque style. One of the most beautiful in the whole country.

This is a very ornate church that is almost overwhelming. I suggest spending some time just sitting and looking. There is quite a bit of gold adding to the sense of awe. It's one of those places you have to experience to understand.

If your hotel is close to the Zocalo or close to the Center of the city you can walk, if you are not in the area you can take a taxi
