Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The advertising is much better than the place. A classmate said that there are more lavenders in Plaza Satélite than here. It left a lot to be desired. The "forest bathing" never really came, we barely passed between two rows of pine trees. The whole tour was with the idea of selling and selling: plants, soaps, perfumes, which don't even smell that much. As it says in the previous opinion, the distillery explanation has no rhyme or reason. Foods with lavender are quite expensive and barely have a certain aroma, very indistinguishable. I think it is a good idea, but the workers lack training, and the plantations lack greater attractiveness.

The idea is good, the execution is far from ideal
There is no adequate parking, there is only ONE bathroom for all visitors
The “cafeteria” which is more of an inn is overflowing with orders.
The “tour” is to see here and there some crops between dirt roads without rhyme or reason.
We were heading to Valquirico and we made the stop, it is a deviation of approximately 40 minutes, which I would not do again
People do their best and it is appreciated but there is a lot of infrastructure lacking.

Is a standar visit, very desorganized the staff did not know about the procedures. Is a beatiful natural landscape but just fine
Most of the photos are very Photoshoped
The lavender ítems are kind of expensive
If you go to Puebla there are a Lot of places you can spend your time: down town, valquirico, Cholula, national parks, africam safari, etc.

Definitely not worth it, place without joke, my cart stuck, complicated roads and getting to the place... there were no lavenders... no one to inform you or give you tours... nothing...

A different walk, and although it requires more signage to avoid getting lost, as you take it you will be surprised along the way, and even though they have several species, you can try some delicious lavender packages with other fruits or ice popsicles with lavender, a store very stocked with products of lavender, the tour, although it will depend on your guide, can be complete, going through a manufacturing process until you reach the greenhouses where you can buy lavender bushes and reach a rabbit, turkey and chicken farm, let's support this ranch so that it is known
