Great place, so close to Melbourne and nearby Gembrook is a gem. Would not recommend going on a public holiday weekend as inconsiderate large groups camp there. However actually venue is peaceful and beautiful. No water and drop toilets only so be prepared. Will definitely...More

The park has a huge number of walking tracks some of which are a bit steep in spots. Wild life is everywhere. No water much apart from the camping area which is a must know

A beautiful park with a few big areas available for overnight camping. great surrounding tracks for both hiking and mountain bike riding.

Free camping makes for a super cheap trip, easy drive, 4wd tracks surround the area, peaceful and clean, complete with a communal toilet and tables. Does the job nicely.
