Simliar to Chileno Beach, Santa Maria is even smaller. Several snorkeling boats visit. Santa Maria Beach also has limited amenities, i.e. no shade or food and beverage. It also can get crowded on the weekends. So be prepared when you go.

If your traveling to Santa Maria Beach in Cabo San Lucas be ready to enjoy yourself and relax. The area is gorgeous and quite not over crowded at all. Grab a chair their or bring your own .

We took boat ride to Santa Maria Beach to go snorkling. We bagged up baggies of bread because the fish come everywhere to get that bread, so you get to see some amazing fish. We saw whales coming and going and they have a great...More

Reminds me of some the nice beaches in Portugal in the Algarve. Bring your own water and beverages. There is a washroom before you enter the beach area.

Longer walk to the beach but well worth it. The day we were there a hurricane was coming so the swells were too high to swim but it was beautiful.

We took a private deluxe sailing for 5 hours and landed on Santa Maria Beach for paddle Boarding and snorkeling. This place was amazing with crystal aqua waters and sanding beach. The colorful fish were stunning! A must to do on your trip.

Amazing little beach. Kept very well cleaned. Come early when there are less boats at the bay. No amenities here so bring your own food and drinks and make sure to take all your trash with you.

I wrote a review of the Montage hotel on Santa Maria Beach and meant to caption it as "BEST BEACH IN CABO" but instead wrote beach beach in Cabo. It truly is a lovely beach, though, the waters are pretty calm, clear, and there is...More

We got there in the afternoon and there were only a couple of local families and we enjoyed the quiet and the sound of the sea. There were a few boats anchored on the beach and when they left, it was perfect. The beach is...More

Easy enough to catch the bus there. Also there are taxis waiting everywhere outside your buildings. tell them to pick you up at a certain time and they will. We have always just rented a car while there.

I would suggest you Goggle map it. Chileno beach is closer for you if you're staying in San Jose.and also a "very" nice place to snorkel.
