    Great experience
Our boat ride to see the Arch was quite an experience. Our tour guide Karla was very informative. Our boat captain, Jose was excellent. He made us feel safe especially with big waves. We booked our tour through the hotel concierge as part of the timeshare presentation so we got a pretty good discount on our tours.

Cabo Vacation 2023 😃 CABO IS GREAT! (and some recommendations!! 👈)
We had postponed our vcations to Cabo San Lucas for more than 3 years, for some reason we always ended up going to Miami intead of Mexico, not that Miami was not a good place to spend a vacation but Cabo is without a doubt something else, the beauty of the pacific ocean in Mexico's Cabo San Lucas has no comparison, the sand and the blue ocean are simply a sight to behold! For Cabo San Lucas first travelers we recommend you to stay in a resort in Cabo San Lucas since they are closer to El Arco which is the place you are going to want to visit since it is the main Icon in Cabo. Once you book your resort don't forget to go online and book your transportation to your resort online with Cape Transfers, they will have your private suburban or shuttle ready waiting for you to take you to your resort once you exit the terminal, it's important to remember that if you don't book your transportation with them you will be forced to use a taxi (ubers are illegal), and taxis are expensive and you need to wait for more than 1 hour for one of them to be available, Cape Transfers has a pristine online reputation and it's the company that most travelers use to get to their resort (and their way back to the airport), as for good beaches to spend time with your family or your partner Medano's beach and Playa Las Viudas are a wonderful choice and sort of a hidden gem, if you made it this far to my review thank you very much and enjoy your vacation in Cabo, we are pretty sure you will love it as much as we did !

    A golden arch
Spent a really fun day going to see the arches in Cabo San Lucas on a glass bottom boat. It’s a quick tour that doesn’t take a ton of time commitment. The guides are great at letting you know the history of the area and fun facts. Tip: the photos they take are pricey at the end of the tour. They will negotiate, but expect to spend upwards of $70(USD) if you want to buy them.

    Beautifully at Sunset
Very short boat trip, you could easily rent a kayak if you were inclined. You can see most of it from the Office Pub area. Has acouple beaches you could drop off at and a big rock the Sea Lions perch on. You could ride right next to them. Also grab some bread for the tropical Fish in that area!

Such a beautiful area to experience!
We knew this was an attraction that everyone suggest when coming to Cabo and we had to do it. We went with Kelly Boat Cabo to get there. The arch was beautiful and they took multiple pictures for us. They will take you past the sea lion colony with them sitting on the rocks, Pelican beach area, Peninsula Rock and show to the "Pacific Window" where the Sea of Cortez water meets the Pacific Ocean. Such a beautiful place to visit.

Beautifully scenic rock formation at Cabo San Lucas
El Arco de Cabo San Lucas is a beautifully scenic rock formation at Cabo San Lucas. We photographed it from several different angels and in varying degrees of light. It was awe inspiring.

    Don't miss this!
We took this excursion thru El Jefe Glass Bottom Boat, Los Cabos. Captain Raul was amazing. He took our group of 4 out on a private boat ride as soon as we purchased our tickets. He had funny jokes and showed a sting ray and also a huge turtle in the water, as well as, many fish. He took our pictures at El Arco, both individual and the 4 of us. If you get a chance to go on this excursion, definitely look up Raul and El Jefe Glass Bottom Boats.

Gorgeous views with a relaxing cruise
Such a gorgeous view! Definitely recommend going and seeing this while on your trip to Cabo! We even ran across a pirate ship and a gorgeous blacked out yacht. We did a sunset cruise and were able to play music, eat food, and learn some of the interesting history. Pablo was amazing!

Took a short water taxi ride to see the Arch. Harbors views are excellent. The Arch and surrounding formations are stunning to see in person absolutely worth the trip. Many options to get there. We took a water taxi that was $15 USD for the short 45 minute trip. Outstanding photo ops. Water is clear with lots of fish, and numerous sea lions hanging about. On the way back we watched a sea lion chasing a boat for treats (pic attached). 45 minutes to an hour is a perfect amount of time to spend if you just want to get a look.

visiting Cabo was a great experience this time, yes there is the new normal and it all depends of how you see it, on one hand now you feel safer than ever when you go to Restaurants and also the boats to visit El arco are not crowded at all!
Getting to your resort could be complicated becase in case you don't know Cabo is part of 2 cities, Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. The best hotels are always located in Cabo San Lucas and Cabo Airport is located in San Jose, so you will need to be transfered from San Jose del Cabo Airport at your arrival to your hotel yes or yes.
It is kinda far, it is a 30 to 45 minutes rides and it could be expensive if you don't have a previous experience, also taxis at the airport are a disaster, drivers do not speak english they are very expensive! during our first visit to Cabo we did plenty of research about transportation and found Cape Transfers, their rates simply cannot be beat, $18 dollars for a professional shuttle service from SJD Cabo Airport to Cabo San Lucas is a no brainer, that is one of the options they offer in their website, they also offer private suburbans at a low cost for only $85 dollars, sedans and even luxury limousines, booking online on Cape Transfers . com website is easy and the best thing of all is that they accept paypal which is a relief! we hope our tips could help more travelers save some money!

El Arco as it is known by Spanish speaking people or the Arch is a group of limestone formations at the end of the Mexican Baja and Californian Peninsular. At the most southern tip lies Cabo San Lucas. These formations have been given names like Pelican rock, Neptune's finger, Seal's rock and Los Frailes or the Friars. If you sailed 6,800 miles directly south El Arch you would never touch land until you reached Antarctica. At one point you would be closer to Easter Island than the mainland of Peru.

Most people that visit Cabo San Lucas go to see El Arco and some venture to Lover's and Divorce Beach water level permitting. These beaches on the peninsular are not always accessible. There are numerous ways to access the peninsular. You can arrange a boat ride from Marina de los Cabos. There are many different boats to choose from including glass bottom, large tour boats and small fishing crafts. Some captains charge $10 per person and the price goes up from there. Negotiate what the trip includes like the length of time of the entire tour, if you will be dropped off and picked up or just circle the peninsular. Some captains stop and allow you to feed the fish while others position you for great photographic shots. Boat rides take about 10 minutes from the marina. Other ways to get to El Arco are by kayak (40 minutes) depending on currents and waves which can be high and rough or for the extreme parasail.

Once on Lovers turquoise waters of the Sea of Cortez await you. People snorkel
and dive off the rocks on this beach. The colorful tropical fish are a draw. Seals and pelicans abound as well as the occasional stingray can be seen. On Divorce Beach the dark blue waters of the Pacific Ocean await you. There is no swimming off Divorce Beach due to the strong undertow and rip currents that can drag you out to sea.

It's a world-renowned landmark, and we were excited to see The Arch at Land's End. Our guide with Rancho Tours took us on a fun, leisurely boat trip and maneuvered us into position for great family photos and views of The Arch and the beaches. He even took us out to the Pacific Ocean to catch a mother whale and her cow surfacing!

El Arco is probably one of the top atractions in Mexico and the best thing of it all is that it is a monument of nature that wasn't built by humas but entieily by our mohter Gaia 😍 It is worth visiting atleast once in your lifetime,
los cabos is not a big city and that is a good thing too becuse everything you need will be close to your resort, even Costco has an outlet in the city and if you have a membership in the U.S it works there too (which is great if you need to do some shopping to save money during your staying), most of the resort in Cabo San Lucas are fantastic specially those in Cabo San Lucas and getting to them is easy from the airport if you book your transportation online with Cape Transfers, the suburbans are only like $80 to any resort in cabo san lucas from the airport which is a great deal on cape transfers website. The nightlife is amazing aswell, it may be a small area (2 blocks) but it is packed with great nightclubs and fantastic atmosphere. I wouldn't recommed to stay in Cabo for more than a week (because the city is not very big) but it is a perfect getaway for a quick and sweet 4 to 6 days vacation, thank you

The famous “Cabo Arch” is easily the best attraction that this small (but very unique) paradise has to offer to travelers, what impressed us the most about el arco is that it feels untouched by humans and civilization, we were amazed that we were able to take pictures of sea lions on their natural habitat that were lying on some of the rocks while we were taken to see el arco upclose,
As for some useful tips based on our experience we will recommend you the following: if you want to be taken to el arco as close as posible rent a small boat 🚤 in the Cabo San Lucas marina, there will be plenty of sellers but NEVER accept the first price they offer you! They can go as low as 50% less if you ask them! As for resorts in Cabo San Lucas if you don’t want to spend much you can stay in Corazón Cabo Hotel or Medano hotel, as for places to eat with excellent views and excellent atmosphere we recommend any of the restaurants that are located in medano beach 🏝️ another huge tip is to book your transportation from Cabo airport to your resort online with Cape Transfers, they rate for the shuttle service to any Cabo San Lucas resort is only $30 (or $20 of your resort is in San José) or if you prefer private a beautiful private suburban for your family or group is only $110, it is also worth mentioning that they have a pristine online reputation. As for good places to visit in San José del Cabo (if you plan to go there too) we recommend you the night art walk located in San José del Cabo downtown, also the church ⛪️ in San José del Cabo is a hidden gem 💎

We drove down to the Marina parked and walked to the docks where we asked for our guide for the day and we all boarded a glass bottom boat for El Arco. We got an up close view of El Arco and we were serenaded by a colony of seals. Our guide left us at lovers beach for two hours and we took some amazing pictures and walked a short distance to the Pacific side and Divorce beach. We went on a Thursday and it was not that crowded. Bring pesos for tips for your guide and the gentleman who will set you up on the beach

Nova Tours uses clear see through boats. Our guide Paola and the captain was able to get us very close to see to the Arch, the rocks and all the beautiful fishes were right under the boat. It was very scenic and picturesque. We also saw Lovers Beach, the marina, other swimmable beaches and sea lions on the rocks. Paola took great pictures of our family but the packages were a bit expensive. The tour lasted about 75 minutes. Boat safety and wearing mask were observed at all times. We really enjoyed our tour. Definitely worth going to see it again.

We were fortunate to travel to the Arc with David on a private boat that we got from the Sur Beach Restaurant water sports area on Medano beach. He made the experience truly special with his music, informative talk, professional photo taking, friendliness and boating experience. There are a ton of boats in the area and you need someone to navigate for the best pictures. He showed us the sea lions and tons of fish as well. I highly recommend stopping at the Sur Beach house restaurant and then taking a boat from here to the Arc. Lee the owner of the restaurant was very helpful in arranging this for us. You can have a meal or snacks first and then head out for an hour or two. It was an amazing highlight of our trip!

Go to the muelle. Ask for Pablo he owns “La Tapatia”. A boat for about 6 people.

Bring a little cooler with beer and snacks, get some towels and ask to be dropped off at the Playa del Amor.

$10 bucks per person round trip to el Arco, don’t be cheap and give him an extra tip once you come back.
