Great cars and best service from Anthony at 4wd Atlas car rental!!
We booked a car from Anthony for 4 days on Fraser island and warmly recommend this company!
Our car was a Landcruiser in great condition!
Unfortunately our incoming flight from Brisbane was cancelled..so we arrived late evening iso morning to Hervey bay and missed the barge initially booked…
Anthony was very efficient and changed our barge booking, booked a motel at Hervey bay and still came to pick us up at the airport!
Everything, from the first email, was very easy and smooth and I really recommend this company!

Atlas 4wd hire is an outstanding small business. Anthony’s focus on the customers is superb. I cannot rate him highly enough. I would recommend anyone considering hiring a 4wd to chat with Anthony. He gave a very good safety briefing before hand and was very accomodating with organising the car collection and drop off. The Toyota Land Cruiser was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. He even provided car seats as needed. We had so much fun driving on Fraser and hope to back to do it all again with Atlas 4wd hire

I did a lot of research before I chose the 4WD company we would hire from for our Fraser Island holiday and I couldn’t go past Atlas 4WD. Anthony’s reviews were consistently highly rated and he didn’t disappoint. Anthony was fantastic to deal with- friendly, helpful, flexible & a great communicator. The vehicle was quite obviously extremely well looked after & we were so happy with everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Atlas 4WD and I would certainly use them again.

Every aspect of the hiring experience was warm and professional,
Very knowledgeable, experienced and genuine,
Would certainly hire again with Atlas!
As an extra bonus we were thankful for being able to leave our vehicle on site and the personal touches and interest shown before and after our trip.
Great to deal with a local who really knows the island snd local area.
The cruiser we hired was a very suitable vehicle .

Anthony was great and can't recommend Altas 4WD highly enough. As a 'noob' to beach driving Anthony made sure I was well briefed and comfortable in how to handle the terrain. The Land Cruiser is the perfect vehicle for Fraser Island and was pleased we chose Atlas when I saw other tourists in the Mickey Mouse versions. Will definitely be using Atlas again. Thanks.

We recently hired a 4 wheel Drive from Anthony at Atlas to travel to Fraser Island after researching all the companies available. We were very happy with the vehicle and service provided by Anthony. He provided a comprehensive briefing beforehand and was flexible with the time this was done to help us. Atlas offers better value, service and flexibility for travelling to Fraser Island than competitors.

My partner and I rented a 4WD to drive on Fraser Island and we couldn’t be more happy!
Anthony clearly explained to us how to drive the car, how to cruise around the island and also gave us a lot of tips and told us about all the hot spots of Fraser Island.
He also took care of the booking for camping and the barge‘s tickets.
Great costumer service, we highly recommend him.

Recently rented a 4WD from Anthony at Atlas 4WD.
An absolutely excellent experience.
Anthony was very friendly, thorough in the safety briefing and very helpful with tips and guides - he even gave us a loan of an Esky as we forgot ours.
The 4WD itself was clean, in tip top condition and drove through the sand like a hot knife through butter.
All in all an absolutely great experience and service from Atlas.

Wow. Anthony from Atlas goes above and beyond to make sure your 4WD experience goes smoothly. From phone booking, safety briefing and returning of the vehicle Anthony was awesome. The information he provided on the use of his vehicle and about Fraser Island was invaluable. His extensive knowledge of all things Fraser Island really helped us. If you are going to Fraser Island and need to hire a 4WD call Atlas 4WD, safe, clean vehicles with faultless service. Brilliant - will definately use Atlas if we're ever lucky enough to visit Fraser again.
