We went with Kay-Op to the Dos Ojos Cenote and we couldn't be happier. Our guide, Edwin, was very friendly and kept us laughing while we learned a lot about the area.

I went on a cenote dive with Kay Op and was very impressed. It was just me and my friend, so we got stuck with the crappy jeep for transportation, but it wasn't a problem since we all had a great sense of humor about it. I am a bit claustrophobic and started to have a minor panic attack after... More

I had a great experience with the friendly staff of Kay-Op. I am a certified diver but it was my boyfriend's first dive. He was a bit nervous but our guide Carlos made him feel calm and prepared. At both experience levels, the two of us had a great time. The site was a gorgeous little cenote that we would... More

We went on a snorkeling trip to Akumal and to cenote Dos Ojos. Ricardo is quite a caracter and I can understand how he might not be to everybody's taste, but we actually had a great time with him. He showed us around Tulum and shared all kinds of stories about politics, the Mayas and the region. We got to... More

Firstly, the equipment was in terrible condition - wetsuits were in tatters, very leaky regulators and BCDs. Some wear in tear is normal for rental equipment, but the equipment at Kay-Op should have been replaced a long time ago. On the 40m deep dive to Angelita, one of the other divers on the trip had to cancel his dive because... More

Kay-Op divers is easily hands down one of the best dive shops i have ever been to due to their excellent service and professionalism. The associates were very knowledgable and knew all the best spots. Definately would recommend.

I really regret not reading some of these other reviews before diving with Kay-Op divers. Do not dive with this company. The equipment really old and scruffy, and the guide we had was obviously so bored of his job that he did some extremely inappropriate things under water which I'm not allowed to post here. (Females: do not dive with... More
