We stopped here after our visit in Coba. We were actually after a mayan ritual. At the entrance you can chose what you want to do. Just a visit at the lake - for swim and chill costs 50 peso/p. To the monkey sanctuary I...More

Our family had a very special trip to this reserve last week. There were four adults and three children. We had Juan as our guide, and he was excellent. We never would have seen or learned everything without him. We set out with guarded expectations...More

Our guide knew just where to take us to view the spider monkeys. We saw mothers with babies. It was a treat.

Instead of starting at Coba and finishing at Tulum beach, we took the advice of our dive master and went to Punta Laguna as accompaniment to our Coba ruins visits. They are half an hour's drive apart. Laguna Negra aka Punta Laguna is a nature...More

Really good time had on one of the boats - looking at birdlife, fish, a ruin, swimming down river (cold but clear!) and having a really pleasant morning out.
