About
You will arrive at our lobby bar where we get ready, store your personal belongings in our lockers. After a few minutes we went to sit in our revolving gondola where 16 people can fit, we fasten our seatbelts and fly! We climb 35 meters high very slowly, slowly turning 360 degrees, so that everyone can enjoy a moving and unique view. Being upstairs my clients receive very important and interesting information about the Mayan civilization and the region. Then we will take some spectacular photographs, after (30) thirty minutes we go down very slowly. Finally, we went through our souvenir and photography shop. The duration of the experience is (30) thirty minutes, and it is offered in Spanish.

Supposedly you can see fantastic vistas of the Mayan Riviera... But at lest in my case this was not possible. It was too windy and the operator decided to go less than half way. They don't give you a refund but a rain pass to come later or another day... which is not easy when you're vacationing.

Best views! The ride was 30 mins long which was just enough before it rained. We were able to take photos with our camera and phone. They also take your photos and share them via email in the end. You had to walk around to the back to find it. Their mango smoothies are sooo good and affordable, ~ $9. The whole park has shops, food and so much more but they closed down by the time our ride was finished by 5:30pm.

First time getting on this tower; it goes 118 ft up and you spend about 10 minutes up top, taking in the view of the whole area; definitely worth the price, about 8 USD per person; the view is excellent; great service from Salvador, the tower operator; will definitely come again.

The Tulum tower is an exciting way to begin your Tulum visit as it gives you the opportunity to see the entire layout of the site. Additionally the photos taken at 118ft are breathtaking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is an experience you will enjoy. PS. It doesn’t take long at all, but it’s worth the time.

Great experience. We enjoyed it. They should make it so that you can get refills on drinks in the air. And the link for the pictures didn’t work. I emailed and never got a response. That seems to be the trending issue for this experience.

The music was amazing! As soon as I booked the company sent me a message on WhatsApp (within 5mins of my receiving my confirmation email) letting me know that I had the option to order food that will be ready by the time we depart for the sky. I went at 6pm and got lucky. It was only my boyfriend on the tour and it was amazing because it was my birthday. The weather was good, we were too high in the sky for flies. It was amazing. Omg I almost forgot to mention the pineapple drinks were AMAZING. They had some kick to them. And the bartenders where not stingy with the liquor. My drink made more than the pineapple could hold when they mixed it so they gave me a cup on the side with the rest of the fruit mixed drink

The experience was wonderful. We went up 120 feet the only thing I didn’t like was we were told we could come 30 minutes earlier and pick out our food then when we made our reservations but two hours before our reservation we got a text that we had to have our food order placed by 5 PM and once we got there, we werent able to add or substitute anything, and we ended up waiting an hour when we were told to come 30 minutes early, but other than that the woman who went up with us was great. She played the music she kept us entertained, will definitely do it again.

We went up on the Tulum Tower to view the area. Included in the high price were pictures taken by the operator. We were told they would be emailed to me. A day or so later I got an email with a link supposedly to the pictures. When I tried to use the link it was not recognized by my iPad. I did not have a computer with me on the trip. When I got home and had access to the link on a computer it would not open. It said the pictures would be available for 7 days from the day they were taken. That did not happen as our trip was only for 7 days and this event was on my second day of the trip. I tried numerous times to download my pictures to no avail. I wrote to the administration about my problem and never even got the favor of a response. I do not suggest that any one else take part in this event. It really was a disappointment the price and the failure to even get the pictures made it worse.

Tulum tower was such an awesome experience ! When you arrive you are welcome to buy food or drinks where the drinks are prepared infront of you, the bartender was great guy ! Unfortunately the weather was noit great the day i was there. We went up for about 5 min and had to come back down. Candy was amazing, she was very communicative the hole time and made sure we were all comfortable due to the weather condition. She had to bring us down and unfortunately the weather did not get any better. Power shut down and they brought us into there office were we dried off. The team members were all soooo amazing. They scheduled a day and time for everyone to come back and finish there experience. Would definitely recommend! Awesome views and great employees!!!

Went with my husband. Afraid of heights but the guide made me feel so comfortable and safe. Great explanation of things in Tulum and the geography. Definitely recommend
