Hard rock golf course

We had a great days golf. Played first tee of time to avoid the heat and to get around our jet lag. Welcomed with all inclusive breakfast and drinks. Out onto the course with a... read more

The people behind front desk are very unfriendly. And at the course restaurant, it took nearly 45 min for TWO hotdogs.

We come every year and play golf here frequently. Over the last couple of months it is going from worst to extremely catastrophic... Never thought that was possible, but yes, for some unknown reason they fired the pro- Adan who was always on site, available and just wanted to make all players feel welcome. Now he is replaced by a... More

To start the day of golf I will agree with many other reviewers about the rude front desk staff. Extremely slow and unhelpful. Pro shop has lots of Hard Rock Cafe t-shirts but very limited and expensive golf gear. Balls and gloves are outrageously priced. On to the snack bar, wonderful breakfast and friendly staff. Out to the course and... More

We had a great days golf. Played first tee of time to avoid the heat and to get around our jet lag. Welcomed with all inclusive breakfast and drinks. Out onto the course with a choice of great clubs and off on our way via the driving range. On the course there was plenty of wildlife. Occasionally having to give... More

Course was in very good shape, greens are very small but well maintained. Lots of bunkers and water. I usually shoot low 80s and felt very good shooting a 92 and 95 from white tees. Look on golfnow.com for reduced rates. Played for $49.00 and $72.00. Best price resort could get was $150.00. The bonus is it is all inclusive,... More

I've played many of the local courses including both Iberostars, Mayakoba, Riviera Cancun, Grand Coral, El Tinto, and Playa Mujeres. This by far is the most difficult in terms of greens. They are small, fast, and surrounded by hazards. I found bunkers in many of the holes that you cannot see from the fairway. Some of the greens are so... More

I have to say the course is worth somewhere in the $50-75 range. I wouldn't pay more than this. The course was in good condition however it is extremely narrow and the greens are the smallest I've every played. I'm a 5 handicap and shot 80 and 82 on my two days. The burmuda greens roll great and the fairways... More

I played a the off chance due a cancelled trip so used the money to play golf instead. 20% discount due to staying in a Riu hotel. That got the price down to $102 (£70-£80) I had to hire clubs which was $50 so taking it up to $152. It wasn't until I paid they told me no balls are... More

This course is very over priced at 120$ for twilight I don't care how much booze you drink the pro shop is slow and very unfriendly all and all the service sucked. The course is fine and should be about $75 in the afternoon at the most . I took a afternoon time here on a lark when I called... More

First off the course itself is very good, it's challenging but fair. The holes are varied, it is picturesque and well laid out, and was in good condition. I got a really good deal through teeoff.com, I paid $96 pp (hubby & I) which I thought was reasonable for a course of this standard. However the rack is $220 which... More
