This is a wonderful Spa right off 5th Avenue at 12th. I had a body scub/ wrap, a facial, and the best massage ever- I made a return visit for another massage (with Robin, my husband had Gina and also wanted a return visit). I also got a pedicure, but that was pretty average.
I recently had a pedicure at Spa Itza and it was not a great experience. You can get much better pedicures in the US for a lot cheaper. The pedicure was so basic, no massage, nothing and it lasted for only 20 minutes and the price was $30 (which they had just increased from $20 without adivsing me before setting... More
I am not a zealous spa person but i have been to my fair share in the U.S. The Itza Spa was a nice distraction from the heat and the beach and it is certainly cheaper than the ones offered at the resort. However, it is average. My husband had the Shaitsu and i had the Itza special. Both massage... More

The rooftop sauna/steam lounge area put this spa into... More

We arrived shortly before then, but were made to wait in the entrance area for over 15 minutes. No explanation was given as to why our massages started late. Each of us booked 80 minute massages. The massuers were good and... More
My most recent stay in the Riviera Maya was July 1 through July 8...a very hot time for anywhere in the Northern Hemisphere & especially hot & humid in Mexico. My daughter's mother-in-law and I were walking Avenida 5 on this hot afternoon. She is from Oregon and I am from Oklahoma...so I guess the heat was getting to her... More
My wife and I visit the spa on a Friday night and had a great experience. She had what she called the best pedicure of her life and I enjoyed a great massage. This woman was strong and the massage was very relaxing. The ambiance was nice and we could come back here in a second.
