Very good experience. Interesting and funny at the same time. We had Oto as our guide. He was funny, fantastic storyteller and very good at english. Really recommend going there.

Honnestly, after reading all the positive reviews on this cenote my expectation was big. Well, maybe way too big. It's nice but really nothing compare to what you can experience at Xplor next door. For 800 pesos without tip (150) it's way too expensive. Also no wet suits available.

Beautiful cenote in Playa del Carmen with a great tour guide. He knew a lot to tell about the area and the history behind it. The experience was amazing and the guide was even better 🤪

This was an amazing place and Oto was the best tour guide we could ask for. A peaceful, fascinating place. Bring a water resistant camera or GoPro. The water is cool at first like a pool, but is perfect after 5 minutes. Wetsuits are not needed. Highly recommended.

Angelo was an amazing guide. Very informative and enthusiastic, made everyone feel safe. Price is well worth it at only $40 ($50 with private transport from and to hotel). Very convenient and highly recommend.

Not enough words to mention how amazing our tour was. Abel, our guide, a hilarious and considerate individual. Definitely made our trip a memorable one. They provide the gear and everything you need at an affordable price. Not one complaint to be honest, the service since the minute we walked in, was 10/10 experience.

Me and my father just went to Chaak Tun in the morning so we got the first tour at 9:30. At this time nothing‘s going on yet so you can get a private tour. Otoniel was our guide. He was very kind and very funny. It was such a pleasure to do the tour with him. At first we got some equipment like lifewests and flashlights. At the beginning we walked a few minutes through the rainforest above the cenote and Otoniel showed us some very curious spider monkeys. Then we entered the cenote by a few stairs. At next all the way over a wooden walkway and then we had to enter the water by jumping or stairs. The water was a bit cold but you got to used to it over the time. Otoniel was always explaining some interesting things about the cave. We saw some cute black catfish, many bats an some whip spiders. As well very impressive stalactites everywhere. I don’t want to reveal too much, just make the experience by your own. It‘s 100% worth it. You don‘t have to climb or something. It‘s very easy to get through. Special thanks once again for our guide Otoniel, such a cool guy.
