This was a fantastic tour - - chance to see something you may never see again! Staff was very friendly and cost was fair. I thought it was wonderful that they were concerned with preserving nature - - only opening up 10% of system to tours. I would NOT recommend this for young children, those with poor balance, people who... More

The place was absolutely amazing and it was a great experience. Extremely disappointing that you're not able to bring waterproof cameras, and are at the mercy of a photographer in the dark to capture your memories.

We visited Rio Secreto today and had a great time! It was definitely challenging at times but totally worth it because it was beautiful! One family in our group brought their 8 year old and even she did great. I will admit that my husband and I chickened out on the repelling but everyone said it was fun. Our tour... More

Highly recommend this excursion while in the Cancun/Playa del Carmen area. A breathtaking natural wonder and definitely a must see. The tour was incredibly organized, the groups are spaced out accordingly so that it feels like you are on a private tour. No touristy crowds like most attractions. The terrain is a bit rough through the cave so ensure that... More

My husband and I visited Rio Secreto on Thursday, November 24. We were picked up in Cancun in our hotel and returned there after the tour. Our guide was GONZO, and he was GREAT. He was knowledgeable, attentive to all, and interesting. He was lucky enough to have our group of 10 with 3 languages spoken - English, Spanish and... More

This is not you typical tourist attraction. Rio Secreto is really a special experience. Don't miss it. Our guide, Daniel was AMAZING and knew everything about the flora and fauna. Make sure do a private tour so you can be in a smaller group and take your time as you experience the cave which is one of the most amazing... More

It's tours like these that remind me why I love to travel. We thought we were just going to tour a cenote and were surprised with so much more. Our guide, Daniel was no average tour-guide. He was a biologist with an infectious dedication to the nature he studies and desire to share that love with the people who are... More

We got this as a free excursion as members of the Grand Pallidium . It was excellent and our guide vero was fantastic . You see things underground that are just amazing . They provide wetsuit ( I suggest this as it gets cold in there ) life vest and helmet with light. A walking stick is available for those... More

This was a shore excursion offered on a cruise. The description did not do it justice. The tour is done in a wet suit and life jacket supplied by the tour, You first shower to avoid contaminating the pristine waters. You then walk to the cave entrance, water shoes are a must( can provided by tour). You then are walking... More
