Service was ok. Could've been better. They throw a lot of info when you get off the ship just be careful on what you choose, overall if you want something cheap go this route.

I used AutoProgreso for a ruins trip. I did not go to the resort, but we passed it on the way to the ruins. I believe that you go to the resort from town, not from the pier
