Lovely friendly staff excellent food and cocktails would recommend to any cruise Ship guest. Only $12 for taxi from cruise ship and $15 ea person for accessto the beach which includes sun beds, free cocktail and snorkelling. Party of 4 from Scotland.

I have not visited Chankanaab, but it is a short 7 minute walk from Playa Uvas to the Chankanaab Beach Adventure Park. The Chankanaab reef is behind Playa Uvas as well, I believe. The snorkeling is beautiful!
