This is a wonderful beach club with very little of the constant bombardment you get at the other places. We had a lovely waiter who didn't pressure us, but seemed to know when we were ready for more drinks or food. The food and drinks...More

We visited Cozumel on a cruise, and we wanted to spend the day on a quiet, less touristy beach. Playa Palancar was prefect! We walked to the end of the cruise ship pier and caught a taxi. The set rate is $35. A van took...More

This was our second time in Cozumel and we are so glad we went to Playa Palancar. It's a beautiful, quiet beach. There were 6 of us and the taxi ride was $52 one way. 2 lounge chairs with umbrella for rent were $20.00. Food...More

Kinda old school and average. Biked down from the Presidente hotel. Chairs, umbrellas and tables have seen better days. Sirius radio 80s tunes and cold beer. What more do you need?

We had rented a car for our day trip to Cozumel ( cruise stop) and first ventured to the East side of the island. Beautiful water and waves over there, just no snorkeling. So we drove over to this chill place and quickly realized we...More

Good guacamole, fair burger, attentive service, but they were pushy about telling us what we needed to tip. I would have tipped them at least that much anyways. That was very rude and insulting.

Plenty of parking. Quiet beach area. Chairs and umbrellas $20 for the entire day. Service is good, not pushy. Nachos and drinks were good, priced "beach" reasonable. Good swimming area. Outdoor showers and changing rooms. We visited twice during our 13 day visit.

The beach was average. We did not go snorkeling because water was rough when we were there. The beach club there had ok food but was over-priced. The service was good.

No entry for beach. Padded Lounge chair is $10. They have the free ones but those are plastic and hard. Snorkeling is $35. My brother in law did this and said it was great. Thanks.

Yes! Very easy. There are some people sitting at a desk as you leave the beach, and they were asking if we needed a cab or anything. We rented a Jeep, though, so I have no idea about the prices.
