Juan and his team (Miguel and Dari) took great care of us. Met us as soon as we landed and got us a great refresher. Our dives were awesome and well led. Very professional and easy to communicate with. Will return.

I couldn’t be happier with the service at ScubaJuan! They took such great care of my daughter during her first dive experience and were very helpful with my refresher course. Also top notch family snorkeling trip too. We will be back to get my daughter certified in magnificent Cozumel and do many more family trips with ScubaJuan. Special thanks to Miguel, Yordan, Dari (sp), and Juan! Everyone was amazing and took great care of us!

Great outfit…took us to a wreck dive as we requested. Also did a night Dive. Will use them again in a heartbeat! Friendly and knowledgeable!

Juan is fantastic! My husband and I are newly certified divers. Juan was patient with us and helped in every way. He is golden. We had a high recommendation to use him and so glad we did. There were only 5 of us on the boat. He catered to everyone’s needs. Captain was great too. We are going again tomorrow.

I brought my family down for a vacation diving with ScubaJuan. My 2 daughters and 2 sons-in-law are certified divers but had been out of the water for a long time. I have 3 grandsons that weren't certified. ScubaJuan did a refresher course for those certified and PADI's Discover Scuba Diving for my grandsons. Then the certified divers went diving while my grandsons did the Open Water Course to get certified. Then we all dove together as a family. It was obvious that ScubaJuan did a fantastic job training my grandsons by the way they dove. The staff and diving with ScubaJuan was superior. I've used 2 other dive operators in Cozumel, and ScubaJuan is by far the best.

I had an extraordinary time diving with Juan. Very experienced diver with great skill for teaching. Very professional but also very pragmatic, so he kept it safe and fun! We dove through the caves of Santa Rosa wall and saw the most beautiful underwater landscapes.

My husband and I are not exactly spring chickens 60+. We are both scuba certified, but only ONE dive - in Cozumel in April 2022 - inf 5 years. (And that was a dodgy experience.) I read MANY reviews before I chose Scuba Juan; I didn't want a cattle car. No regrets and it didn't hurt that it was 2 doors from Jeanie's - our favorite restaurant. We first did an orientation dive right in front of Barracuda's; fortunately, we were with 2 dive masters, Yordan and Mostro. Good thing, too, as I got a bit overwhelmed with a sudden current switch and Mostro made sure I didn't float off to Cuba! Positive experience so we booked a drift dive two days later; Lobo was a great boat captain and Yordan was a patient dive master. We were the only 2 divers on board. Yordan inspired confidence in us both and is a delightful young man. Lobo was good humored and helpful - Miguel at the shop is funny and a good communicator. If you talk to Juan he is so honest and knows which end is up! We will go out with them next time we're in Cozumel to be sure!

Amazing Experience, Juan and Yordan were so patience in our discovery diving package. Blake, Jacob and I loved the experience. Can't wait to go back to Cozumel and dive again!

An amazing time. Knowledgable and friendly staff. I completed my Open Water Dive Certification and can’t wait to learn more. Miguel at the front desk was so kind and amazing as we discussed my options. Shout out to Yordan for help with the dive tables as well. The whole team is exceptional and even workers that I didn’t dive with always greeted me as I prepared for dives as well as when I returned to see how it went. Above all, do yourself a favor as a beginner and work with Juan. He is friendly and unbelievably patient. He met me where I was and helped me build confidence as I learned diving skills. I believe the ability to meet a student where they are and embrace them is imperative to education. Also, a major perk is the location. Close to amazing restaurants and the cruise port. They also are able to book via What’s app for travelers which is very convenient. Happy Diving!

Love this company and have used them twice before this on previous trips. Boat trips are smaller group sizes, which I greatly prefer. Dari, Juan and Captain Lobo are great and very helpful. Their location out of the barracuda hotel is so handy and it had a great walk in stair for shore dives. Miguel runs the shop and is so organized and helpful! Will return and will give my business to them again.
