We have done a lot of things but up until now not a submarine. Sounded like a good idea and it was. Met at the Atlantis office and were shown a short presentation of what to expect and safety measures. Then it was off to the boat which took us to the submarine. Along the way the guide explained about... More

Loved my ride on the Atlantis Submarine. Was a little hesitant because of the price, but decided it was well worth it. My husband certified for scuba diving here, so I got to see many of the same things without getting wet - I am not a good swimmer. We saw a manta ray, shark, sea turtle and, of course,... More

Took this tour as a shore excursion in Cozumel while on a Norwegian cruise. The staff were professional and friendly. The submarine experience was wonderful. We saw lots of fish, a few sting rays, some groupers and even a couple of baby barracudas. The coral was beautiful and it was a nice day when we went so the visibility was... More

Loved this experience. Fun safe transfer to sub. Climb down ladder into sub. Seats small. Window at each seat. Plenty of help. Good narration. Gift shop. Photo ops etc. transfer from ship or you can walk from pier we were docked at.

Conzumel Cruise Stop - we decided to go on the Atlantic Excursion. We loved going into the submarine. We were worried about sea sickness but it was smooth sailing all the way. We submerged 121Ft under sea. It was fantastic. There were not as much fish as I would have expected. Staff were entertaining and friendly. The entire family had... More

I think we didn't see much marine life as they had already done the tour with another cruise line. The fish were mainly on the starboard side and when the sub turned around, they took the exact same path, and most of the fish had moved on. Wish they'd vary it some so we could've seen more as we didn't... More

Taking the submarine is an experience you will never forget. The total tour time us about 2 hours. A ferry takes you from the port to the submarine and back. Submarine ride is approximately 45 minutes. Since the moment you are boarding the submarine you feel excited! Once you are inside and the submarine starts to submerge you feel as... More

We saw this submarine on the travel channel and knew that we had to do it. As soon as we arrived at our hotel in Tulum, we booked the excursion for the next day. It was really neat to go onto a true submarine that is submerged to over 100ft (we had seen some other that stayed above water on... More

Tripsters- We happened upon this little adventure while exploring Cozumel for the day. We ported in on a cruise and only had a limited amount of time. This was an excellent use of it! The price is $100/adult so larger groups should budget accordingly. I wish we got longer to explore under the sea but overall this was a great... More

I took a submarine trip on my recent stay at Park Royal Cazumel. I was so disappointed during the time we were on it. The bigger groups were seated at the side where you could see the reef with the beautiful marine life. The couples and single people on the side we hardly see any marine life. I wanted to... More
