So we decided to start our spring break at mándala beach like every year,on Monday’s they do a four loko party,a lot of beer,you enter and they welcome you with a free four loko beer 🍺 inside it’s crazy party but the service was bad,very high prices,waiters trying to make money from anything,the worst was the hookah service,bad hookah,they charged us 55 usd for one hookah with only 2 coals,we don’t mind pay but at least bring us a good hookah.we asked the staff to change the hookah they didn’t.even we talked to a supervisor and he said : it’s not my job,the hookah is separate”. They kill our party with this bad hookah and later with cold food

Great service from Antonio Flores. Attentive service Daniel Ortega vibes always positive, and our booking got upgraded to a much bigger sunbed for no extra charge. Great value for money

The place could have been nice if we didn't feel like we were being ripped off from start to finish. We arrive and are told a payment of 1500 pesos per person, then we are told +300 pesos of service per person so 900 pesos which pass into "propina" which she explains as payments for the service then at the time of payment we are told adds again 245 pesos of propina in short anything after explanation with the manager who reimburses us for this, fortunately I speak Spanish very well.
I can't recommend the experience and I'm not going to talk about it on my social networks.

We really enjoyed Mandala Beach Club. The food was good the drinks were strong and our beds were in the perfect place. The wait and the door was a little long since we pre booked our tables but overall we had a good time. The DJ played a little bit of hip hop music for us to turn up then played more EDM.

The place itself is Ok and the pool and beach areas are pretty good, the problem is the service, from the beginning the staff’s communication is only around their payment and the need to leave tip, unfortunately the service in only Ok, no more than that, if they are so worried about the tip they should improve the service. The real uncomfortable part came when they decided to close the place, they had originally told us that they close at 7:00 pm but at 6:00 they started harassing us to pick up our stuff and go, they were very rude in the way they did it also, 3 different security guards came with very uncomfortable level of intensity to tell us we had to go, there was not too many customers that day and it seemed the staff was eager to close the beach club so they could go home or start the night club scene, don’t really know but they didn’t give the service that they advertise and that was paid for.
Having so many beautiful places un Cancun that give great service I wouldn’t recommend anybody to deal with this tugs and their terrible service

We came to mexico to celebrate my best freinds birthday and started off our trip horribly due to our suitcases getting lost at the airport. We decided to come to Mandala beach and let me tell you it changed everything Our waiter Alex was the best always made sure we felt as confortable as can be and went above and beyond meet our needs. Great atmosphere food and drinks

Cesar and Luis were PHENOMENAL. Their service was some of the best we experienced in our entire trip. They had the perfect balance of being attentive while still giving us privacy on the beach.
We came across the Mandala Beach on accident and are so happy we did. Such a great deal for what you get and for some of the best service around.

The vibe here is great! Although they play mostly EDM, they have a great variety mixed in. The staff is all super friendly and our waiter, Obed, was very friendly and informative, never tried to upsell us on anything. If you come during the week, as a group of women, you more than likely will get in for free and they’ll give you a table/bed without having to commit to a bottle (;

We went to Mandala Beach Club and Fernando was our server and was hands down the best server we could have experienced. He was attentive, and speedy in his service. Cannot say enough good things about him. BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!

AMAZING! The entire staff here is incredible, the manager Daniel, Julio, servers, security the entire team goes above and beyond. We originally booked a day bed and then upgraded to a villa on Saturday. Daniel and his team made sure we were satisfied the entire time and were so friendly and accommodating that we went back Sunday as well. 100% recommend coming here, the music is great, good food, atmosphere etc.

What is the suggested arrival time to get a daybed by the pool? Also, is there bathrooms big enough to possibly shower & change afterwards?

The earlier the better. 1st come 1st serve. We got there at 11:45am, ordered suishi, lunch, drinks. We were by the DJ booth and the restrooms were in view right behind us down little walk way. The restrooms are spacious. Jump in the pool or ocean. Best part of the beach to swim in. Not sure i saw shower. There were already people with bottle service when we got there. Get a bottle if you can and get your camera phone for when they bring it. Very cool. Im jealous. Youll have a blast!!!

I really want to go to the Tuesday night party but transport is my issue. I have never been to Cancun. I would be staying on the opposite side of the Hotel Zone (Omni or Crown Paradise). How to safely get to and from the club??? Can I arrange pick up and drop off from the hotel???
