Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Was a good tour. First you have a demonstration of Mayan Culture with dancing and demonstrations of mayan rituals, all dressed up as jaguars, good fun. Then speedboat to mangroves, life jackets on so all safe. Through mangroves and to a pretty snorkeling area. Jump off speedboat into beautiful water. Loads to see, fish, manta rays, statues, amazing coral. Need help up to get back into speed boat.

We had plans of snorkeling, but alas, it was a red flag day. Too windy to swim. Then we met Gerardo who saved the day. He sold us of a tour that includes 2 awesome and very different cenotes, an ATV ride, and zip lines. We departed and made our way to building that had a very jungly vibe to it. It was beautiful, nothing like it. There was just a chill fun vibe with hammocks everywhere and some birds that really like it when you give them sticks. It was like a wooden shelter in the jungle but it was beautiful with lots of color, and a nearby cenote cave. We got on these ATVs with just the right amount of sketch to help you get the full jungle experience, and the ATV ride was in an adventurous but safe trail with enough bumps to make you feel like a master adventurer without being in any danger of tipping or falling off. The cenote we got to was stunning with a natural feel and bright green plants in the middle of the cenote just topping off the beautiful view. The guides were very funny and friendly and there was a lot to do. There was a series of wooden platforms with different levels from 5ft to 50ft. You could also go on these Mexican technology zip lines that you drop off into the water. It was definitely a thrilling adventure with just the right amount of sketch. Zip lining was very fun with a bridge and 3 cool zip lines to go on through the trees, though they put the entire group together so you had to wait a lot for everyone, but what can you expect. The last cenote was mind boggling but in a different way than the first. While the first was open and like a natural swimming pool in the middle of the jungle, this one was more of a cave. There were stalagmites lining the ceiling and you could jump 15 feet through these holes on the top of the cave. The water was a beautiful shade of dark blue and the water was just crisp and cold enough to feel perfect in the hot humid air. The entire tour felt real and adventurous and natural. Everything you went to almost felt undiscovered and untouched by man. The food was also pretty good, and we loved our guide remi. 10/10 experience and would definitely do it again

The whole adventure. Learning about the Mayan's living expenses. Driving the speed boat. Then snorkeling was beautiful. Our tour guide Mawi (Maui) was amazing. He helped this couple from Boston, the whole time. Applause to him. The ceremony of the dancers Beautiful Lady. Skeleton Man was awesome. The Panther was My Favorite. Will be back soon. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

they say drinks and food is included and that its 4 hours long. we were picked up an hour later in an unmarked van with unmarked people that spoke 0 to none English dude drove like a grandma got there 2 hours later stood in line given a speech about the ATV's that were dogwater and they were slow af with no brakes went down a terrible road with slow driving people and you don't get to do that after wasting 3-4 hours of just waiting. The group leaders would change constantly and they grouped 40 people together with one group leader that came to ask everyone for tips after doing nothing but driving us to a small little lake that was also sitting dogwater in this unsafe truck that was worst than a crippled horse ride. zipline is 2 minutes long cave viewing of smelly sitting water is 15 minutes long driving for a 5 min view of another dog sitting water all to end up on broken unsafe ATV's for not even 6-7 minutes. left at 10am came back at 4pm poor driver was over the wait too. They gave everyone a different price for the pictures they took after telling us we can't have phones or electronics on the trip charged us 80 dollars for 27 pictures. SCAM charged the other couple 30 dollars for their 35 pictures.

This was a great addition to our trip. We weren't even expecting the full experience we received. I was expecting only a speed boat ride but they added a bit of culture with the Mayan dance/rituals in the beginning. The boats were easy to navigate and the tour guides were so nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this excursion. Oh and don't forget the food at the end! It was absolutely delicious!! We had a great time!

We were told its a 2.5 hr tour. The Mayan ceremony was cute, informative took a chunk of the time, then we went on to the boat ramp, got ready for the speed boat to ride out into the ocean for a 15 minutes snorkel experience. I never driven a boat ever before neither the other 10+ people in our group, we had a 5 minute training and hit the rough sea. The guide was very knowledgeable with the sea but we were really pretty much on our own, returning to the dock was a disaster.
We were charged $55 per person at our resort excursion booking through Expedia and an additional $15 per person for so call port fee and an additional $5 per person for transportation fee. Totaling to $75 per person.
I expected something related to Jungle not ocean. The pictures was a waste of money we purchased all 8 packages exceeding $300 USD and more than 75% of the pictures were duplicated!! Large group travelers beware.
