By far the absolute worst experience we have ever encountered. They do not deserve even one star. I could totally go off on a rant but why? When we arrived to the airport we waited for over 30 minutes in the transportation area for them to pick us up. Which was an hour after our flight arrived. We told them that morning to please annotate our reservation that we were not checking bags so there was no need to delay the pick up more than 30 min after our flight arrival. We searched for their representatives with their company logo shirts and all of the ones that I saw did not have us on their list. We booked this service more than a month in advance and had received several email confirmations. It seemed initially they were very professional. The return to the airport was even worse... We arrived to the hotel lobby 15 min before pick up time and they arrived 20 min after the scheduled pick up time; just when we had called a taxi service to pick us up. We had to cancel the taxi! We were beyond stressed we may miss our flight. Fortunately we had only carry on bags and did not have to go through the check in process. We booked this service through Expedia and I will be reaching out to them to serious consider dropping them as a vender. Never have we ever encountered this and I would not ever recommend them. It was a negative way to start off a vacation.

They make their own schedule, they choose when they want to pick you up and if you don’t show up at their convenient time... they will mark you as no show!! They are the worst!! They showed up late for our pick up from the airport over an hour late, but for our pick up from the hotel it was a definitely “no show” for our family of 5 we ended up paying twice the price for a last minute ride to the airport in a little tiny taxi!! Don’t you dare and book with this company, if you want to call them a “company” they may have one or 2 drivers.... don’t waste your money!! That’s the reason they look heap, because this company is a completely scam!!

Let me tell you - I was SUPER suspicious of the service after reading some of the reviews but I had the best experience with them. Constant and clear communication through Whatsapp with Diego the whole time. The chofer, Jorge, was friendly and drove super safe. I liked it so much I recommended they picked my boyfriend up the next day and everything was equally good. We both booked the cheapest ride, which could have included more people on the van but it was us in the vehicle. Clean, air conditioning running... All was good!

We had booked a shuttle from the Los Cabos airport to our hotel, and the company was "Shuttle Central". The vehicle did not show up on time and the representative told us the vehicle would not get there for another 2 hours. Having a 1 year old I cannot wait in the sun for that long and we had to find alternate method to get my family to the hotel. Imaging asking a 1 year old to stay in the sun for 2 hours, after coming off a long flight.
Not only Expedia nor the company did not reimburse us for the higher price we paid for the alternate shuttle, they did not even refund us for the transportation which did not show up on time. This is completely a scam and don't recommend using these shuttle services in Mexico
If you are staying at a hotel, I suggest booking the transportation with them, as you would have someone hopefully accountable to deal with if anything goes wrong.

Should be ZERO stars. This company was not prepared for us at the airport and took well over an hour to find someone to help and wait for the private shuttle to arrive. On the return trip, we tried to get the shuttle 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled time due to a flight change and they were nearly impossible to contact, it took over 3 hours to get an initial response! They said they could come about 20 minutes earlier. The company didn't show up early nor did they arrive at the original scheduled time and just ignored phone calls from us!! Thankfully the resort had taxis on standby, we almost missed our flight thanks to Shuttle Central. They refused to offer any sort of refund or credit and think it is somehow our fault that they didn't show up. I will never recommend this company. I know another couple from the same resort had almost the exact same experience. VERY disappointed, usually I am pretty understanding but you have to show up and if you don't I expect to be refunded!!!

They messed us up from day one!
We booked Shuttle Central for our transfers in Miami for a group travel. On arrival, one of us had to get an Uber to the hotel despite planning for months and paying for everything in advance. They then sent just 1 Sprinter van for despite asking, agreeing & paying for 2 vehicles
We brushed it off and thought it was just a one time thing, the next day we had to go to the cruise terminal. Despite paying for all this service a week in advance, the driver arrived almost 2 hours late. The consultant we were in communication with, cited that the driver was stuck in traffic, but when the driver arrived, he said he had a family emergency that delayed him. Most if not all, took an Uber from the hotel to the cruise port.
They apologized and said they will do better. When it came to picking us up from the Cruise port to the hotel, the same mistake happened again, they were late again. Ubers had to be taken again, out of pocket and non-refundable
On last day to go to the airport, we spent hours on phone to make sure all the details and timings were correct for the person having a morning flight. When morning came, driver was nowhere to be seen, & the consultant we had been in communication with was unavailable. Their whole line went cold. At this point, we were beyond frustrated by Shuttle Central. When we tried reaching the driver who had dropped some of us to the hotel, he said he was not informed of that morning transfer. Another Uber taken. This whole experience with Shuttle Central left a horrible taste and would NOT RECOMMEND to any one

Horrible experience, extremely unorganized. No clear area or signs indicating where to find our transportation. Names were not posted as indicated by the instructions. No staff on site to assist. Phone, email and chat went unanswered and waited over 1 hour outside of PUJ for transportation. Even though the round-trip transfers were pre-paid, I purchased my return transfer with a different company.

The driver was late for pick up and no proper communication. Premium prices for subpar service. Will be using Uber going forward. Uber would have cost me 1/4 of the price for much better communication/service.

Back in February I purchased a round-trip ride from this company (Shuttle Central).  Our ride was from Cancún, México airport to our hotel on June 13th, 2021... coming back from our hotel to the airport on June 22nd. This roundtrip ride was for 6 adults, a child, and an infant. Our ride back from our hotel to Cancun's Airport on June 22nd was a nightmare. The driver picked us up late at 9:50am when our flight was departuring at 12:45pm(as we all know, when traveling international you are supposed to be at the airport 3hrs earlier). He also left us at the wrong terminal(terminal 4, we were supposed to go to terminal 3). When reaching out to this company to tell them about the mistake, the person I talked to said, "the driver told me you said to take you to terminal 4", which it was a total lie. We were in a country we didn't know. I put all my trust on this company and driver to take us to the airport and to the right terminal. The person I was communicating with finally said, "There is not more car/ride availability" and stop responding to my messages. Because we were already late, we had to pay $30 American dollars to get a ride to the right terminal. We were traveling with 6 adults, a child, and an infant... we had plenty of luggage... I am sure you can understand how inconvenient this whole mistake was. We almost lose our flight. The way this company handled the whole situation was awful. They didn't take any responsibility and left us there without guidance or help. It was a horrible and frightening experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I actually requested my money back! Still waiting for their response.

Great company. Would definitely recommend and use again. I LOVED that they kept me updated every step of the way. Central shuttle was very professional and they sent me multiple emails and messages leading up to the day of transportation which was very reassuring. Our driver was great and answered all of my questions regarding the country.

what color of vest or shirts does the shuttle central employee used ?

I don’t remember a special colored shirt the drivers were wearing. When we arrived in Puerto Vallarta, the driver was just outside after we went through customs and was holding a sign with our name on it.
