This is definitely a family vacation resort and nature park. Two beautiful pools designed for kids and adults alike. Due to the nature park there are many more activities available on site than other resorts. Staff were very kid oriented and always had an Hola and smile for everyone. They are as interactive as you want to get. Each evening... More

A mini tour of the facilities further raised my awareness of the dire need to save the environment from further human destruction. A place world travelers should visit.

This place is a nightmare, please do not go there! It's quiet, lonely and scary. The pools are dirty, the snorkelling is just through a river with nothing to see, the food and drinks are poor quality and the beach is horrible. They force you to attend a timeshare meeting which they call a 'presentation meeting' and pressure you to... More

Great vacation spot. A variety of food and drinks complimented by excellent service. The staff was friendly, attentive and always eager to assist. Gorgeous pools and beach. You can visit the cenotes and kayak and or snorkel down river. Lots of flora and fauna to take in and enjoy. A beautiful place and an unforgettable experience as a couple or... More

Our second time to visit this place. And it never ceases to amaze all of us!!! Friendly and accommodating staffs. Said gave us the best tour of the place with their segway facility. Jose Luis Alvarez was the funniest and friendliest host ever. Pepe (manager), always tries his best to give us the best deal, and Alexandra (kids club) looked... More

The hotel sits on a 300 acre ecopark which has a balance of relaxation and activities. The staff were excellent. When you arrive you're greeted with a tamarine margarita. Once you check in a host explains the activities and restaurants available to you. From snorkeling in the natural springs, to a bike ride or kayak tour. The hotel is impeccable,... More

Loved it. The staff amazing. There was nothing I ever wanted for. The kids always had something to do. Swimming, bike rides (Alejandra best guide ever). I can't wait to go back. Would recommend not going in July. I was told by most of the staff the Fall and Winter are the best times.

This is not our first time here, we are members, and we try to come here every year. This time, we stayed for 8 days and every morning and afternoon we had Claudio taking care of us during breakfast and lunch. He always made sure we were well taken care. He even went above and beyond with my request (like... More
