No need to name people. The entire staff was amazing the entire time. Something unexpected was the Mayan Ritual witch was amazing. However snorkeling was canceled due some weather issues, but we were informed before starting.

Hands down you will not be disappointed! This was a major highlight to our Cancun Anniversary Trip. The Mayan Show was fabulous. Then to the boats, what an absolute blast! Snorkeling was great and the guide showed us amazing fish and coral. When I tell you I am picky and have high standards, believe me! I do not give out great reviews because I am nice. The tacos at the end were some of the best we have had in Mexico. Everyone who helped us or performed was great! Special thanks to Hector, Daphne, Harry, Lorbe, Christian and Arthur and the staff in the restaurant . You all made this a very special memory for us and we will be back! Bravo to all.

This a definite must in Cancún. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It was engaging and informative. Our tour guide Flash was the absolute best. He catered the tour to us and knew what he was talking about. Definitely recommend.

The mangrove tour was great! The beginning started with some Mayan experiences and then we got on the boat. The boat was very fast as it transported us to the slower portion near several mangroves. Our guild was fun, and we really enjoyed it all.

This was such an amazing experience for my partner and I. First, you are immersed a Mayan Ritual/Performance and the actors were incredible. Then you’re divided in to groups for the speedboating through the lagoon, where you arrive at the coral reef for the snorkelling. I will never forget this experience and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful! I could not recommend this experience more, especially compared to some other experiences in Cancun that are double or triple the price! The only thing that we thought was a bit pricey was the option to buy your photos at the end, at ranging from $60 to $80 packages or $29 for just one printed photo. But that does not take away from the experience, thank you so much Puerto Maya!!!!

Went in the jungle tour with my fiancé and it was great. We had to bypass being able to snorkel because of the weather but they allowed us to ride the speed boat for a longer time which was great. Daphne, Jesus and Enrique put on a great Mayan show and hector was a great guide letting us know what to expect from the tour.

Good trip for a lower cost and time. Easy walk if staying close to the marina. I would go again. Stinks you need to pay $20 conservation fee but I hope it goes to a good cause.

We thought we would just get onto a boat but were treated to a special Mayan show that was really nice, especially because we had been to Chichen Itza the day before where we just saw the temples; here we were saw what actually took place there. Was nice how Juan (I think that was his name) nicely switched between Spanish and English so that everyone could understood him, and he gave a detailed breakdown of the show and what we to expect on the water. Then Flash took us out on a solid boat with a big motor and we literally flew over the water to the Mangroves. He told us how the hotel strip was man-made and that the mangrove used to be the protective layer of the mainland.... He also knew where the Cenotes were under the water, showed us the love channel and the foundations of the new bridge. We saw many interesting birds nut unfortunately no monkeys nor crocodiles. Flash was extremely knowledgeable and a lot of fun! Loved to get close to the area that we always see from the hotel corridor.

If you want an incredible steak in a large, architecturally pleasing space, this is it. Beautiful views in beautiful Mexico. After a purchase on jewelers row, this is the place to celebrate. Have a pineapple martini. put on a great Mayan show and hector was a great guide letting us know what to expect from the restaurant.

My family and I did this tour in August and it was one of my favorite moments in our whole vacation! The beginning of the Taurus started with some Mayan ceremonies, explained by Karina, and some real insights into their culture! It was really wonderful to witness and entertaining. Next, our speed boat and snorkeling expedition was led by Fabio. He was extremely helpful and funny, giving is clear instruction along with tips and tricks! The actual speedboarding and snorkeling was amazing and very VERY fun. After that we ate some tostadas, which were delicious! Hands down, the BEST tour I've been on! ** Just a little reminder to bring bug spray as there are lots of mosquitoes!
