A year ago we used this service for PDC, and were were quite pleased.....enough to use them again for a round-trip transfer to Tulum this year.
I feel compelled to write another review, because on this occasion the driver was so utterly rude after we tipped him. He stood there with his hand out waiting for more bills, which we did, and he still left in a 'huff,' driving off without saying thank you or goodbye.
I'm not sure why he would expect a tip to begin with when he greeted us inappropriately at the airport. While our flight arrived a bit early, it took us 1 hour to get through customs. Clearly that is not something we can control, but it did not deter the driver from making his 'displeasure' known to us.
This experience has me looking to other options in the future, even if it means paying more for better service.

If you want bare minimum service this is the place. They picked us up way too early to go to the airport prob because it worked out better for their schedule. We have to very young children and asked if they could quickly stop at a fast food joint so we could grab the kids a quick bite. They said no cause the driver had to be somewhere else. So high price for bare minimum service.

We took Canada Luxury Transfers from the Cancun International to Grand Sirenis Resort about 89 kms away and for a round trip (1 hr 10 mins each way) it was $140 Canadian and the best price I could find. Everyone else was in American dollars and more expensive.
Our driver Victor was waiting for us with our name on the Canada Transfers Sign. He took our bags and we were on the way. I asked Victor about our return trip and he said to check our receipt and the pick up time from the resort would be identified and they would be there. We did a quick e-mail the day before and received confirmation about our 3 pm pickup time in about 30 seconds.
Our driver Huacio (sorry if I got it wrong) was waiting there for us but in a van without the Canada Luxury Transfers logo on it. It was about 5 after 3 and we were just about to make a call when he called out my name and we connected for our trip back.
Highly recommended. Excellent rates and would definitely use again!

We booked Canada Luxury transfer for our group of 8, the van was clean, comfortable, and spacious. They were great in monitoring our flight, we were delayed about two hours due to weather in Canada and when we arrived our driver was waiting with a sign with our name easy to spot. We also had a little delay at the cancun airport due to secondary screening, so half of us went out to let the driver know. He helped us with our luggage, we stored them in the car and got a chance to go get a little snack from the airport shop. The driver still waited for the rest of our party with the sign while we went to the cafeteria. On the way back the driver was there at the specified time, and we got back to the aiport without any problems, the price was good, and we were able to pay in cash in Canadian Dollars on arrival for a round trip without any additional service fees or conversion fee.
Highly recommend using Canada Luxury Transfers, we will be using them again whenever we return to Mexico!

From our very first contact with Canada Luxury Transfers, Julio César Ambrosio Facundo was absolutely delightful to work with! He provided all the information we asked for on multiple occasions because we had not used Canada Luxury Transfers before now. Our previous experiences with private transfers in Cancun are not good. But Canada Luxury Transfers was a breeze! When we arrived in Cancun the driver was waiting for us with a HUGE sign with our names on it. The drive was comfortable, and our driver was an excellent conversationalist. On the return, we were told the driver would pick us up at 9:30 a.m., and he arrived about one minute before that. Prompt, courteous, and inexpensive transfers back and forth to the airport. We could not recommend them more highly!

My group of 4 used Canada Luxury Transfer Cancun Airport to Playa Del Carmen with Return. Great rate, Excellent drivers. Great communication from Julio via email. Provided booking confirmation, arrival and departure instructions. The drivers were great, they were not rushing us and drove the vehicles with respect to our group, no zig zagging, talking on the phone like I have experienced with other transfer companies. Great service over all, we recommend if you want, Fair prices, clean & professional service for your next transfer this is the place to call.

We booked Canada Transfers online for our private transportation from the Cancun airport to our hotel in Riviera Maya. They were very easy to work with online during the booking process. Once we walked out of the airport they were waiting w a sign that had our name on it. The transportation was prompt and pickup was right on time.
Cost for private ride was $130.00
Very friendly staff and will use again in the future.

We used Canada luxury during our trip to Riviera Maya. In addition to airport pick-up and drop we also used them for a last minute day trip to Chichen Itza and Cenote, which Julio organised efficiently and without any fuss. Our experience:
1. On time pick-up

5. Friendly and safe drivers
Couldn't ask for anything more. I would highly recommend Julio and Cananda Luxury transfers.

Very prompt, very friendly and helpful! We made our arrangements/pickup times before we travelled and they were always there waiting for us, we didn't have to wait or wonder if they would be coming. And paid in CAD!

We would like to book a private transfer for only 2 people. We do not want to share the ride with anyone. From Cancun airport to El Dorado Seaside Suites in March. What would the round trip cost be? Approximately how long is the trip from airport to resort? Thank-you Muchas gracias
