If safety is a concern for you? Well DO NOT book this company.
I am writing this review because I want others to know this company does not consider the safety of the riders and customers. I had an early flight and needed to get picked up at a condo in PDC at 3:30am - the driver was a no show and never called or contacted me. I had to walk in search for a hotel to flag down a taxi, imagine at 3:30am (a major safety concern). After raising my concern to the company, the associates expressed no concern for my safety and well-being, basically reading from a script (no empathy). Additionally, the associate tried to send images of the driver at the location (that were not legible via email) and could not provide evidence of the driver sending a text or giving me a call.
It is not about the money for me (although it seems to be for this company) but I take safety very seriously as a single woman who often travels alone, and I want others to be aware as they book private shuttles during their travels. DO NOT book this company, anything can go wrong & they do not care / do not have the basic safety protocols in place. Thankfully I’m alive to tell my story but not everyone is so lucky, especially at 3:30am.

I booked a round trip transport to playa del carmen. Our ride from the airport went very smoothly. But on day of return, I emailed support (after not getting through their phone lines) to update them on my airbnb address as I was not given that when we originally booked. They confirmed the new information with me over email hours before our pickup.
Then pickup time came, no one there. I emailed them again since they don't pick up their phone. No reply. Again I emailed them multiple times and attempted to call probably over 30-40 times. At 30 minutes late I decided to take a taxi.
It has now been 4 hours since I started emailing them with my issues and not a single person has reached out to make things right, I feel like I was scammed since the trip was already paid for. When you hire a private driver you expect some form of care to make sure you get where you need to be on time.
I would never use this company again and recommend you look elsewhere for a reliable transportation.

LC Transportation never showed up to pick me up for my return flight to the airport. When I asked for a refund they refused saying I was a no show. Total BS I was early for my pickup and the driver never showed. When the hotel called for an ETA the LC wouldn't pickup the phone.

We were absolutely amazed and very thankful for the great service we got. The Cancun Transportation team is very reliable and responsive. Our flight to Cancun was delayed for several hours, but our driver was still waiting for us and we still got our transportation to our hotel, late at night. Thank you so much!
At the end of our vacation, Cancun Transportations was on time to pick us up from our hotel and everything went without a hiccup! Great job!
We will definitely book their transportation services again.

Booked a transfer to the airport from our hotel and paid extra for a car seat. Ride showed up with no car seat (driver wasn’t told a thing about needing a car seat). We were told we would only be refunded for the car seat since the driver showed up for a ride we couldn’t take. Ended up having to take another taxi and paying twice.

This makes about our 6th year of flawless transportation services in Cancun by Kinmont. This trip we had accessibility issues since my wife had broken her leg 10 days before. No problem! Kinmont to the rescue at the airport & at Secrets Silversands. Kinmont had wheelchairs ready for us a both destinations. You can count on Kinmont everytime at a reasonable rate. Delta Airlines was also very access friendly.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the people at Kinmont Cancun Transfers. We have used them for five consecutive years now. They wait for us at the airport with a sign. They were on time at Excellence PM when we needed a rescue from a bad vacation and luggage experience. It's just my spouse and I in cool comfort. It is always direct from airport to resort/ resort to airport. Do Not Use Travelocity for transfers.

Have been using this service for many years (7) and trips (20) and have always received wonderful service. You can make the reservations on-line and when you get to the airport the driver is waiting for you (with yoru name on a sign) and takes you to your destination. The cost is about $140 for a round trip from the airport to south of Playa del Carmen and Puerto Aventuras. We visit the area often and usually not in an all-inclusvie package therefore this is one of the best way to get back and forth...unless you have rented a car. The vehicles have always proven to be safe, the drivers very conscienteous and courteous and very friendly. Would very much recommend this service.

We have used their services many times over the past 8+ years and their service continues to be excellent. This past Sept/Oct we used them twice and both times the drivers are very professional and very courteous. They hold a sign with your name at the airport, call the driver and you are on your way within minutes of walking out of the airport. They will even stop for a moment if you need a water or soda or whatever. If you need to stop longer they will do this also, however there will be an extra charge. This type of arrangement should be done before your arrival. As we have continued to use their services, they also offer us a discount for our loyality. Speaking of drivers, I have to mention Enrique (Kiki) as our favorite...a very kind gentleman and friend. I will also mention Milton. All the drivers have always been friendly and able to converse in English. Many of our friends talk of AGI Transfers or USA Transfers or Canada Transfers......the prices are fairly competitive, however we have found Cancun Transfers better in price than the others. We will continue to use them on our frequent visits to the Mayan Riviera.

I have been using Cancun Transfers for my private to/from airport transfers since 2008. They are fantastic. Always timely, great customer service, and it is so nice to have a cooler full of beer/beverages waiting for you. I always traveled with my husband but since his passing in 2013 I have been traveling to Cancun alone. CancunTransfers makes me feel safe and they still treat me fantastically well. I cannot recommend their services enough!
