I will try to be short as possible. Told to wait outside our hotel at 6am and we were there at 5:50am; waited till 6:15am then had our hotel lobby call them and they could get no answer at any contact number. Took a Uber to their Amigo Hotel pick up location which we were told is the back up... More

I booked return transfers from Mexico City Airport through Viator with Amigo tours. My pickup from the airport was smooth with someone waiting for me after I had picked up my luggage. However, I tried many times to confirm my pick up time and was unable to get a response to my whatsapp message. My hotel concierge was very helpful... More

Amigo Tours is a very unprofessional company. I called to confirm my booking the day before with one of their agents after paying for the tour and receiving a confirmation email. I was told to be ready for pick up by 6:20 a.m. and even changed my evening plans to accommodate the driver. After waiting for 40 minutes to be... More

First of all, the city tour and pyramid tours were great, and the tour guides Gabriel on the city tour and Leonardo on the pyramid tour were exceptional. This is something that’s been said many times before. I know it. But: IT HAPPENED TO ME! My wallet was stolen. I was on a city tour of Mexico City. Note: this... More

I was very this appointed by this tour. I'm going to say it up front, we took an Uber back to our hotel, to leave the tour as soon as we could. It was really bad. They claim to be early morning tour and SMALL group!!! seriously!!!! They picked us up at 6 am in the morning, but didn't leave... More

Beware. Booked through Trip Advisor, confirmed by Viator, local provider Amigo Tours. Not collected this morning having got up early after 36 hours of air travel to be ready for confirmed 8am collection. Told by local agent Amigos travel that tour is full today. Very very disappointing . Why have availability check and receive confirmation if it bears no relation... More

I didn't want to rate this tour at all, as the guide failed to show for our Chapultepec Castle and National Museum of Anthropology tour on 26/11. Original instructions asked us to wait near the train station at 8:30 am....with very Iittle detail. Then they changed to 9:00am at the Castle ticket box. We went to both and caught up... More

They picked us up at our hotel, told us about what we going to see ,made us a small sack lunch. Our tour guide "Super Frank" was the bomb he knew his stuff. He were with him for about 90 minutes then had about an hour to explor on our own. Take some treats and some pesos to buy souvenirs... More

They picked us up at the hotel around 6:30am then they went around the city picking other tourists. The whole ordeal took a few hours. We didn't leave the city until 8 am. There was 1 tour guide and forty-something people on the bus. He did the tour in both English and Spanish. It was difficult to hear while on... More

We booked the two day Mexico city super saver and unfortunately we only got to experience one day. Pick up for day one was scheduled for our airbnb apt at 8am, they were 10 minutes late so I called amigos and was told that the pick up was late and to go inside the apt and wait for their call....
