We are staying on the boarder of ZR and found it convenient to find restaurants but I would not go out of my way to visit here.

Lots of shops that are inappropriate for children and families. I wouldn't recommend this place for tourists unless you are into that sort of thing.

Condesa is the start.. and Roma is the rest... great place to find hole in the wall bars and restaurants. Great deals and good culture. I recommend it all the way!!

This neighborhood is party central for the young crowd. It is very lgbt. However, it is really not the location for a quiet drink.
