Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Even when the building itself is closed, you'll find a changing exhibition on the fence along Avenida H. Colegio Militar, one of the main waking routes through the park. At the end of 2019, it was The Design of Dissent: El diseño como postura. Here are a few photos.

Casa del Lago Juan José Arreola is a cultural center belonging to the National Autonomous University of Mexico City.
Located in the Chapultepec forest, it hosts several activities and expositions. It is probably worth checking out the program if you happen to stroll in the park nearby.

Downstars of the Casa del Lago there is a wonderful photographic exhibit on migration. It's all in Spanish, so I could only pick out what I thought they were saying. From the Central American countries thru Mexico to the US, and Mexico to the US it shows how migration ran smoothly for many years, then came the barriers to entry, the holding pens, the faces of children and adults you will not forget. I wish they had infomation in English also, as it is mostly English speaking people who need to hear this message.

This is a small cultural center opened in 1959 by National Autonomous University of Mexico.
It is situated in the Forest ( Bosque) of Chapultepec.
It's purpose is to focus on enjoyment and an experience for its visitors.
Entrance is free.
I would only visit if you happen to stroll by the park. It's wooden floors have a gorgeous design.
The Chapultepec park is very busy with locals enjoying a day out with family and there are numerous kiosks selling food and trinkets that often make it difficult to walk.
Open Wednesdays to Sundays 11-5:30pm

Touring Chapultepec is finding corners and spaces full of culture and history. Casa del Lago is a space for art, music and literature, where it keeps the best moments of many important figures of Mexican literature.
