Hire a tour, the paintings are amazing, and you can spend as much time as you want watching them, however, the story telling by the guides gives you a couple of extra hints worth listening to.

Beautiful architecture and interesting cultural center, there is always something on display and activities, just the impressive Orozco murals are worth the visit.

Great museum, you'll spend 4 hours learning the rich history of one of Mexico's best painters. The guided tour is highly recommended

For the cost it would have been nice to have some history on a brocure about the building. The art was mostly modern art and it is not really my style. I would not recommend this to my friends unless they love modern art.

This landmark would be worth a visit if only for the 57 Orozcos that cover the ceiling and walls of the chapel. Executed in the artist's signature greys, blacks, blood red and flame orange -- with a bi of blue thrown in -- they paint...More

This once-upon-a-time-orphanage and garrison is now a UNESCO site due to the magnificent murals painted by Orozco on the ceilings and walls. The museum also has other exhibits that we enjoyed, a cafe, and two good museum shops. If you are a student or over...More
