Take your time and visit this amazing museum. It's not big, it's not the best, but believe me, it's an oportunity to jump into Mexican History in many ways: the native cultures, the Colony and Cortés and the artists of the muralism. And like a...More

I know we were in Mexico so we should expect things to be in Spanish, but this fort has to do with their history. It was surprising there was so little in English. Not a big deal. We still enjoyed our visit. The market outside...More

My husband and I visited this museum just to see the Diego Rivera mural. It didn't disappoint! Well worth the 55 pesos/each we paid to get in the door. The museum itself is well maintained, and had more of the signage been in English (most...More

Very interesting museum at the former Palacio of Hernán Cortés. It is not so big so you can make it in 1 or 2 hours. You can see the different uses this building had through history and also learn about this región history.

This is a museum of Mexican history. It is one of the original buildings of Hernan Cortez. It is really not worth the money, but is interesting to look through. Right in the heart of downtown.
