The horseback ride is relaxing and a good break from the beach shops. I only have one thing to add here. The homemade tortilla there is the BEST ones I ever tasted, and afterward all tortilla never taste as good (at least so far I haven't found one). Later I read about such traditional process of grinding lime treated corn... More

We had a great day at Rancho Capomo. Our entire family (Mom, Dad, 2 teens) enjoyed riding the horses, swimming near the waterfall and having a freshly-made lunch afterward. We had to walk for about 10 minutes after leaving the cruise ship pier to our transportation pickup point, but on the way back they brought us right to the cruise... More

Excellent food and great staff. Sergio is a wonderful tour guide and always has good stories and information about the area and the people. I would highly recommend the ATV tour through the countryside, we stopped and had a rest and ate fresh watermelon in the trailside.

My friend and I broke apart from our husbands for this horseback riding tour - we were told to tell the Taxi driver to take us to La Collage and that he would know exactly where that was. We were not told we would be dropped off in from of an abandoned building, chains on the doors, broken windows, graffiti... More

After visiting the year before with my wife we decided to take our kids. The ride out wasn't quite as much fun as last time. The size of the group was smaller then last time which made for a more personal feel. The horse ride was awesome, even the same horse as last time. We also chose to do the... More

We had an interesting day at Rancho Capomo. First, we were told to wait outside a sketchy, abandoned night club that had overgrown weeds, trash, and few places to sit out of the hot sun until the driver showed up to pick us up. My first suggestion would be to pick a different meeting place, we were very nervous after... More

Sergio "Mr. Clean" was magnificent! Beyond friendly and kept the fun facts coming to make the 45 minute drive from the resort to the ranch enjoyable. Sergio also took time to drive us through Los Palmos which is the local town just below the ranch. By the end of the air conditioned ride, you'll be a movie buff and know... More
