It's a bit south....but you can get to it by bus...a lovely peaceful beach area (except Sundays)...a great place to visit for a day by the beach.

A peaceful, cliff-backed beach, where gentle waves meet the sand. A bit of steps to get down to it, but once there, open up your backpack of goodies and you won't want to leave.

Best beach in the Vallarta area hands down!! Beautiful beach, not too busy- only on weekends and Mexican holidays. Fun to swim, clear water...

Peaceful, accessible, has a nice restaurant, a mix of natives and Gringos, beautiful sunsets. it's a sea turtle hatchery in late fall/ early winter. Lots of whale watching Dec - Mar.

Awesome place for an afternoon. Have lunch or Happy Hour at the Girasol Sur condos palapa restauarant.

A more private beach known more to locals. I was the only "white" person on the beach and loved it. The water was so clear, and the snorkeling was almost better than it was on our snorkeling trip which we paid for! Has trees so...More

There may be a restaurant for residents of condos though nothing open to the public .
