Olas Altas is a street that takes you through the heart of the Romantic Zone. Lots of restaurants, shops and cafes. Walk north and Olas Altas joins the Malecon.

Right down the road from where we usually stay, this is where its happening, Street-side cafes and balconies overlooking the street, its colorful and friendly and just one block up from the beach, Great place to eat and people watch.

Restaurants, shops - this area has it all. If you're in the city, don't miss this part of town. Folk dances in the park on Friday evenings, and a great Farmers' Market on Saturdays. Great entertainment at Act II, Boutique Theater and the Palm.

Many good restaurants, convenient to the beach, nice shops, fun people watching. Go another block or two away from the beach and you see more of Mexico.
