They didn't allow us to wear sunglasses or hats because they would have fallen off. If you can secure your prescription glasses to your head, you should be ok.

I am 48 and my husband is 50. We are in excellent physical shaped and loved every minute of it. It is adrenaline filled so you must like this type of adventure to enjoy it.

The outdoor adventure with all the zip lines does not include lunch but you can buy snacks before and after.
