We arrived at noon and there was a service in progress so decided to respect those attending and went for lunch. Came back and it was locked so did not get inside.

We stopped in in the midst of a bus tour from our cruise ship. The square was directly out front and we were a short walk from restaurants, rest rooms, and more.

An amazing cathedral with a stunning interior. No admission charge and you can take pictures if you wish or just spend a few quiet moments taking in the beauty of the architecture and decorations.

I am sure they do not do tours on Sundays since the cathedral is still in use daily. I would contact the cathedral directly to ask.

Taxi to the church will cost less than $20 US. No tickets needed. Unfortunately, I do not recall the mass schedule, but I suspect the desk personnel at your hotel will be able to advise you.

I don't know what time mass is, but a pulmonia is the most convenient way to get there. All the drivers know the cathedral.
