Definitely worth a stop! Wonderful History Lesson

I haven't been inside this building but it's almost look through because of its wide entrance, you can see a big patio at the bottom probably for hosting cultural events. Not sure about what's exactly used for but I think it's of public access although from the outside there aren't many signs there's something interesting to see inside. As stated... More

In a town that has more than its share of ex-pats (i.e. immigrants in American parlance) and gussied-up charm, this is an authentic Mexican cultural center. Pause to examine the murals that celebrate Mexico's revolutionary past and physical and intellectual culture. This place is the heart of intellectual life in Todos Santos with a library, a lecture hall, a pleasant... More

So we kind of stumbled across this place when we were shopping in Todos Santos. I read one review that says it's embarrassing and dilapidated. I guess it's all about perspective because we found it quite charming. Yes, it's dusty, some windows are broken and it's not terribly well organized but for us that just added to the authenticity of... More

Dusty, old photos presented in collage form! Dilapidated representations. Bug ridden, unsafe paths, strewn artifacts! You don't see this kind of display of Mexican history in comparable mainland towns. Where is the money to update this facility?

A favorite excursion from Los Cabos, we have been here several times. The photos here were taken December 2012. The local restaurants are very nice and there is a park that is at the center of town, a pleasant walk.

There are many things to see here and one can wander around at your own pace. There's a lovely courtyard and then several rooms with different themes.

The Casa de Cultura of Todos Santos should not be missed. An older building whose walls tell the story of the Pueblo Magico in an authentic atmosphere with zero glitz. It's the real deal. Wander slowly. Read the captions. One of my favorites anywhere

We happened by this little museum on a Sunday afternoon and were so glad that we found it. While some of the other reviews complain that it seems deserted and unkept I had the opposite thought. I felt it was very well organized and very well put together considering this is such a small town in the dessert and not... More

Wander around the Museo and you'll discover some interesting rooms, artifacts, photos, and crafts of old Todos Santos. I especially liked the replica "house" in the back of the museum where you could walk in an authentic kitchen, bedroom, and hut.

I attended several evening lectures during my one-week stay in Todos Santos. Each night there was something else interesting happening, including a girls' traditional dance class; traditional gourd painting and carving, and open library hours. The museum has a terrific wide-ranging collection that includes traditional crafts, archeological artifacts, local artists' work, sugar industry artifacts and historic photos. Todos Santos culture...
