Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Driving down from San Diego for a Mexican day trip to Puerto Nuevo, El Mirador was a little detour well worth our time. The deserted site offered one of the most striking view onto the Pacific Ocean. The dramatic architecture swirling around the cliff will take you on a remarkable introspective journey. With family or friends, make sure to check it out next time you are around Tijuana!

You can wander around the old mine and it's buildings for free. There is a charge for the museum which is good value. The is a restaurant and tea room. The tea room is full of bone china, cut glass and silverware but it's not just looks the tea and cake were very good. I imagine later in the day full afternoon tea is good, they have a piano recital at weekends.
