It's something to see to educate oneself on the history of the area.Nearby are the more local historical sites, so it's a good jumping off point to start ones tour of the town.

This is a plaza you will walk through in two minutes and then ask yourself why they wasted the limited budget in such a meaningless way.

Plaza Civica is good for a quick photo stop. There is not a lot to do here but the guides share the history of the 3 men the statues are for.
