We used Krabi Shuttle twice. The first was an airport collection, for which we were left waiting. Not a great start, as I was concerned about missing the boat connection to our hotel, but being able to communicate immediately with their staff over WhatsApp was brilliant and they contacted the hotel boat to wait for us in case we were late. In the end we weren't late anyway and they were very apologetic. The second time was a transfer from Krabi to Phuket with sightseeing. The day before I asked to remove the sightseeing and was given an appropriate discount from the quote. The driver was a little crazy and the van was a little small for the 2 tall guys (195cm), but we got there safely. They seem reliable and very happy to accommodate your wishes.

caused me anxiety on the booking back to airport on our last day of holiday. Booking was confirmed even before the holiday started. There was good follow up -+1*. but they screwed up the booking & were 20minutes late eventhough double confirmed the day before & on day itself. Promised me a Toyota Altis, but last minute changed to Fortuna, & arrived was van. totally no control over their fleet of vehicles. Driver was very friendly +1*. Luckily still reached airport on time as I gave a 30m buffer for their lateness.. from experience. fyi, they were also 20minutes late on 1st day, and promised me toyota altis but again it was a van that arrived. no extra charges for both trips but I feel safer in a car than a van, & it’s a more comfortable 40minutes ride. Don’t think will engage them for my future trip to Krabi. just book a grab car. - It’s cheaper

Our driver was waiting at Krabi airport when we arrived, he had us wait a few minutes outside while he brought the car to us. It was a modern SUV. The driving was swift but safe and in comfort, and he took us right to the accommodation on Koh Lanta. the service was everything we required.

Super smooth journey from Surat Thani to Ao Nang. The journey from Surat Thani to Krabi was in the minivan and after a quick stopover we travelled from Krabi to Ao Nang in a songthaew which was so much fun. Thank you!

We booked 2 one-way trips from Krabi Town to Koh Lanta and Koh Lanta to Krabi Airport. Drivers were polite and experienced. Vehicles were well maintained and clean. Operator was very accommodating when we informed that on slight time changes.

I have that luck to use Krabi Shuttle few times and my experience was great. Booking is easy and you can do it on their website. Driver was always on time. Last time I had to do short notice change due to flight change and I contacted company via WhatsApp they replied very quickly which is a big plus. I will definitely use their services again when we will be back in Thailand

We booked a shuttle from Krabi to Phuket for 8 of us and everything was great. We had sadly used a different company from Surat Thani which was a nightmare and were a bit nervous to go in a mini van again but the experience with Krabi Shuttle was fabulous from start to finish. The booking process was easy and most importantly our driver was very safe and we had a nice new van for the 3-4 hour journey. He stopped for us when we asked to go to the toilets or get food and we would use them again. Thanks Krabi Shuttle

Krabishuttle was recommended to us by a local in krabi town. They offer baby/child seats, the price is visible online and competitive. We had 2 transfer, from krabi town to klong muang beach and from thete to khao sok. The second was 20mins late and we received a whatsapp before letting us know. Overall I would recommend this, mostly for the clarity and simplicity of booking and the offering of child seats.
