The island is beautiful and is a park of a national park. However during the day there are crowds of tourists, not sure that the numbers are monitored. This type of tourism has a negative impact on the island. So sad!

Wonderful little island which can be accessed by longtail boat from Ao Nang. Be there early in the morning to avoid the crowds. Much recommended for an entire day. There are four island nearby but we decided to just go to Poda.

We started our day a little late and actually missed our boats to the PhiPhi Islands. We were disappointed until we got to BEAUTIFUL Poda Island. We had to charter our own private boat but were able to also go to chicken island and tup...More

This island was part of a tour. If I'm honest this beach is the nicest I have ever seen. Cocaine white sand.. the water is clear and the fish are brave enough to swim around you. I am now comparing every beach to this. 10000%...More

Worth the visit. It was rather busy when I visited with many many boats but I was there in New year so peak season.

We got the boat from so nang, which was very easy to do. Lovely beach. Not as busy as raileigh or so nang. Especially after 3pm when the day tours leave. A small hut sells ice cream, fruit, corn on cobs and drinks.

My favourite island in the 4 island tour. We took a private longtail boat, so when we arrived and there was no crowd just bliss! Make sure to pack a lunch and some ice cold water.

Of course in January you can expect a lot of tourists on this beach as this is part of the 4 islands tours. But the beach is lovely and on the border of it you can snorkel and see some fishes.

We caught a long tail boat from Ao Nang for 300 Baht return. We left at 9am and returned at 4pm. You don’t have a say in when you return, as it needs to fit the schedule of the boat driver. If you want a...More

If you go on the 4 island tour you don’t get very long on each island and you will arrive with the crowds. We went to the islands separately and got to settle down and enjoy them for a few hours at a time. From around 2pm... More
