Upon arriving to this island, you can see the white soft sandy beaches. Although there were many speed boats with other tourists parked here but we manage to find a comfortable spot for my son to play sandcastle and to have a quick dip in...More

A very pretty island, but it does feel a little over used. The government has closed Maya Bay for a while for regeneration so everyone is here!

The island is beautiful, clean blue waters and white sand beaches. But that is quite a common thing in all of the islands here, hence if you compare it might just fall flat. Good location as part of island hopping!

Bamboo island is one of the beautiful islands near Krabi. This island has a small shop/restaurant & rest room facilities. Very nice views & there is a nice place near bamboo island for snorkeling.

Crystal clear waters. Quaint fallen trees floating around. White sands. Shells and pebbles. A row of beach pines. Mats on rent to lie down while the kids go wild in the water. Bamboo Beach has it all. And our family was happy to get three...More

It was included as a destination in a day long island hopping package. The island and the beach was really nice and it was a decent experience.

We actually stayed in one of the islands for 3 nights. Bamboo island was 30 Minute boat ride away. Do not pay a high price by taking a tour, walk around beach and ask any of the guys hanging out by their boat to take you... More

Bamboo island tends to be part of a package. There are no amenities there, hence the reason why it’s usually part of a tour. Snorkelling is good but there is a lot of broken coral- expect to pay up to £100 per person with... More
