This park is truly stunning! There are plenty of walks on tracks and also on roads, which you cycle on. You can hire bikes inside the park. The boat ride to st Marys is short and st Marys island is a great gem of culture....More

This is definitely the Island of Honey as there was no shortage of bees. Overall, the salt water lakes were beautiful, crystal clear and so peaceful when swimming/sunbathing.

We were at the park for just half a day and my wife did not fancy the cycle up over the hill to the lakes. So instead we got the bus which is included in the park ticket and went to the Island,. Tranquil is...More

We had 3 days to explore the national park. Visiting in September it was still hot but not unbearably so and the water was a lovely temperature. The park was immaculate, no litter and very well maintained. There are wooden viewing benches at frequent intervals...More

I came on Mljet with my boyfriend, and on our last day we came to Pomena and decided to go in national park. The nature is so beautiful and relaxing, we even took a swim in both lakes. This time we didn't because it was...More

The walk through the park is tranquil and mostly flat. You can then take the boat to Maria Island, which has an interesting church and monastery, and can be walked around in about 10 minutes.

My partner and I visited in September 2018. The island was nice but not one of our favourites we have visited in Croatia and we wouldn’t say it was a ‘must see trip’ if you have a short stay on the mainland. There are also...More

We failed a little bit and had just few hours to this island and park. So it was a little expensive. You need day or two to take everything. And hike or bike to explore the whole park.

We were travelling around the Croatian Islands on a very small cruise ship (30 people). I felt our trip to Mljet was completely spoilt by the large number of people that arrived by tender boats from an extremely large ship that was moored out at...More

Sorry for the late, there was a rentbike station just at the enter of the park, near the ticket office. I don't remember the name but they have many bike to rent.

Sorry I can’t help you as we sailed to Polaće and never went to Pomena. The only bus we used was the National Park bus from Polaće to the actual Park itself and back. It was part of our ticket price.
