Visited the tea room first - it was national trust but not as you’d know it! Very individual and homely - far better than the normal nt cafes which are all very samey now. The choice off food was large. I had a Cornish cheese...More

Gorgeous sandy beach, lots of rock pools & caves to look around. 120 steep steps down to the beach so quite difficult access need to be reasonably fit to access this beach, definitely worth the effort though.

This walk is not for the faint hearted, you can get very close to the cliff edge and the actual steps to the beach are VERY steep, like a ladder in some areas. I felt a bit sick and scared walking down, you Ned to...More

The steps down to the beach are closed at high tide - when the tide is in the beach is totally covered so you have to be careful to keep an eye on the tide when you're down on the beach.

We took our grandson down in a carrier, it is fairly steep but there are handrails all of the way down so as long as you take your time it is not a problem
