Used to be amazing - not just dirty and tired,

Food served on cracked and chipped plates. All looks very sad. Wish they could cheer it up again... read more

No longer open. Wanted to take a friend for lunch. Really sorry it was a great place for nice food or a snack and a potter, especially at Christmas

Choose to sit inside or even in winter eat outside in one of the many heated areas. The food is plentiful and not too expensive unlike other garden centres. Definitely worth a visit.

This eccentric place was so shabby chic! We went on numerous occasions, never to be disappointed. The home cooked 'pies' needed to be seen and tasted to be believed! The desserts were out of this world, and always with the bill a selection of roses...More

This place was truly fantastic, both for the architectural 'junk' and the food. Sadly it is now closed and Sonny and Norma are now in a antiques business in Hollinwood.

Food served on cracked and chipped plates. All looks very sad. Wish they could cheer it up again so it goes back to being the way it was in the old days.

This garden centre had the look of a scrap yard but looking at some of the objects for sale was always interesting. An art gallery, now closed. The tea and cake café was made into small individual rooms but unfortunately it is now also closed

Good food, large portions, friendly service. Quirky little place well worth visiting. Tables inside and out, blankets and patio heaters available to help combat the unpredictable Great British weather.
