This beach is great as it is quiet and not rife with tourists. Not so much a beach for swimming because the sea shore is full of large pebbles and waves are high (surfers go here) but you can take a dip.

Good photos from overlook and on beach. A telephoto lense lets you get some nice shots ad a wide angle makes for good panorama. 2 surfers out day we visited. Little restaurant there with bathroom and local beer.

I loved Bathsheba. Great waves, amazing rock formations. Not the best place to swim if you aren't a strong swimmer but if you surf, like wave jumping, or just enjoy the loud roar of the wild and untamed Atlantic get on over there.

Dramatic scenery and a very pretty beach for a walk. Definitely worth a trip out if you are looking for somewhere different to go for a beach walk...

A beautiful scenery and a beautiful beach! Of course, since it's on the east coast, it's a bit rough.. otherwise, this beach is a wonderful spot to take the family... The large rock is a nice feature that has been used as a trademark to this beach.

Loved the beach and the ocean breeze. We were extra happy to get to see more of the Barbados coastline during our tour of the island as we stopped for a bite to eat at the Round House. It had a beautiful view of Bathsheba Beach too..

We took an afternoon drive to the east side beaches of Barbados. There are miles and miles of barren beaches and rough surf. Though not great for swimming. The danger of riptides is real and the large amount of rocks/boulders are obvious deterents. But the

Down a bumpy road and you arrive - ta dah! A greensward leads down to three mature Palm trees which front the pebbles and beach with breakers. A fisherman is hand fishing with a line. There are huge boulders in the surf. Almost empty. Plenty of souvenir sellers back on the grass - sarongs pegged like washing on a line,... More

A breathtaking beach. Lovely scenery on journey there. If approaching from the south the roads are pretty bumpy and windy for a hired car but from the west is straightforward. Too dangerous for swimming but beautiful to see.
